Aa User Hi, I successfully install the software; quickly jump to the section on "remove ads" and click remove all, but the app still has the ad on it. I'm using iphone 4, could that be the reason? Thanks

Cool User Constantin: Thanks. I'm all set.

It turned out this program requires iTune to be installed for it to work.
Therefore, I won't be using this program because I would never install any Apple product on my machine.
I simply do not trust Apple.

John User My bad. Followed instructions correctly this time and was able to connect with my ancient iPad 2 and iPhone 5s. Definitely a keeper and better than previous programs I was using with my iDevices. Thank you!

Alan G This is not for me. Install it on my 64 bit desktop running windows 10 and try backing up my iPhone 6S plus, ran it for over an hour and it did nothing. Try it on my netbook, 32 bit with windows 10 and gave me the following message: iTunes driver is unavailable, please uninstall existing iTunes and reinstall again.

iTunes is not that easy to uninstall and take step by step in a certain order to uninstall iTunes. I redownload iTunes and install it and got the same message.

Aa User I use ios 9.3.5; from the "Select Repair Mode" I try both the "Standard Repair", and "Deep Repair" they both stop at around 22% to 25% with a "Repair system failed" message.
