adamsdaddy I clicked on register and pasted in the email and registration code. It then froze and has remained frozen with the registration screen stuck on my desktop. I can't register or close the screen. I had to use Taskmanager to shut it down. Running Win 8.1.

adamsdaddy The installation did not place a shortcut on the desktop or add it to Programs. I had to go hunting under Program Files(x86) and create my own shortcut. Then it ran and appears to have registered correctly as registering is no longer an option in their menu.
Definitely a version 1.0.

Stkeys I just downloaded the trial version of this and when I clicked on the "Record Online Audio" I received this error message. "Initiate drive failed."

I thought maybe it's because I didn't have any music for streaming in my browser yet so I went to youtube and set up a video. I still got the error message.

I'm running it on a Windows 7 - 64bit PC.

Bob Horton The fine print says that lifetime updates are included, so I'm really befuddled as to the difference between the free and the $6.99 offers (other than the $6.99, of course!) ??

Jay Softer Downloaded and installed the software but I cannot register it. The popup says that my registration key is invalid despite the fact that I took special care to accurately copy it and inserted it carefully into the proper field.

Thanks Amanda, that took care of the problem and i am able to record. Maybe my system is different but in the following instrutions:

"Click Hard Disk>Browse to find the folder “driver_signed”, open the folder according to your operating system and system type (see step 2). Click OK button,
you will see TShare Virtual Audio has been listed in Model. Click Next button to continue."

Where it says "Hard Disk> Browse" I had to press Have Disk on mine... and before I could see "TShare Virtual Audio" I had to select "wave_mixer.inf" and then i was presented with the TShareVirtual Audio and everything was as indicated in the instructions after that ....

again, thanks for you help.... very good quality software

K E That's great but it doesn't address my "initiate drive fail" problem.The manual driver installation is quite complicated for the average person. Is there a glitch in the program or the download? I've never had software that couldn't install it's self. If this is the case, I can't use it. Please advise.

Daniel Bragg I've downloaded this twice, and Windows 10 Defender and Panda Antivirus both have troubles with it, in spite of VirusTotal giving it an almost clean 53/54 bill of good health. Help?

Kevin User this Tenorshare is no longer recording audio. I have audio running in the background on my laptop. When I click the microphone it starts recording but the screen says silence.

I used this software many times in the past with no issues. Now it is not recording. Help!
