Grum Pah I assume that you have to have connectivity to the device that you are trying to recover photos from? I have a hard drive that I cannot get Windows to recognize. Is there any hope for me using this software?

Ian Luck Got it. Copy and paste email address from receipt into "user", copy and paste registration key into other space, now registered!

Chuck Brotman Still no reply(?) regarding the program's inabillity to run (on my Win7 home premium installation)

I hate to have to say it, but, my experiences so far with Tenorshare products has been that they loook grat on paper and IF they work they work well, but mostly i've found them non functional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Too bad! as I said they provided all the functions I ws looking for -- on paper!!

I doubt I'll ever purchase a Tenorshare product given the poor results I've had with their giveaways
