Michael R. This is a hardware & software-deal, right? (Perhaps BDJ's first hardware-deal??)

Can the software record conversations (both sides?)

What are the shipping costs to Germany?
Any import-costs, etc., which would add to the costs?

Noggin The Nog The photos do not show how it fits in the ear. Where is the microphone? Can the battery be replaced?

Jon Spain Perhaps beware? I just tried visiting the website to be met by an aggressive demand for an email address and signing away all rights. It has no close button and was still there after 30 seconds so I gave up. BdJ, what due diligence have you carried, please?

ej Note to vendor: It should be flesh colored, not black, to be more "invisible."

Trucker How do I mount the Headset? With glue?
My previous experience with similar product is not good. The type which does not have an external ear clip drop off easily. Furthermore, I guess that your model does not have an earpiece speaker which goes all the way into the ear.

Constantin Florea @Harry Wallington - We noticed the following comment in the deal page: I am generally satisfied with the quality and function of this unit. It is small and the sound quality is decent. I've used it in the car and it worked fine. If I'd expected more functions I would have expected to pay more for the headset.

Mark Johnson @Jon Spain - I just visited the website. You are right that it does have a javascript modal popup that immediately comes up when the page loads. However, the popup does have an 'X' at upper right that can be clicked without providing an email address, and then it will not appear again as you browse the website.

Something to note: the website link is not to a webpage of the company that makes this product. The website link is to a company that advertises all sorts of tech products for sale; kind of a miniature Amazon.com. The popup you get that asks for your email address is for the StackSocial website where the sales ad is. They are trying to get your email address for marketing other products that StackSocial sells.

So basically the manufacturer does not (apparently) have their own website and is selling the product through StackSocial. You can get the product for the same price whether you buy it through StackSocial or here on BDJ. If the BDJ 'buy now' link does not go through StackSocial, then it is your choice whether a portion of your purchase price should go to BDJ or to StackSocial. If the BDJ 'buy now' link DOES go through StackSocial, then it is my guess that a portion of the sale price goes to BDJ and a portion goes to StackSocial.

Jon Spain Mark Thank you, I couldn't see the X in IE at work so it was really annoying.
