Until the vendor responds, I suggest clearing the browser cache and cookies and if that doesn't work, then for the duration of the purchase please consider trying other browsers like IE, Chrome, Firefox or Opera.

Norman Breen Tried clearing cache, cookies, and utilized Chrome, Firefox and IE. None of them will allow me to purchase The Secrets to Drawing. I'm able to go to the other sites to make the other feature products. Guess I won't purchase this one.

While at Udemy it varies from instructor to instructor, I can confirm - (I am actually downloading videos from this course as I write this) - that this instructor allows you to download the videos for this course, as well as the pdf ebook for each lesson. The videos are mp4 files.

This specific instructor also has a personal site where you can find out more info about this specific course, as well as his other courses. (He has a variety of free lessons available there as well. And if you subscribe to his newsletter, he provides previews of his paid courses, as well as downloads for a sample of the ebooks included with the course. He does offer downloads of the lessons if you are a paid member of his site.)

While he has a membership plan at his website for all of his videos, for those on a limited budget I would recommend this $7 course at Udemy as a very affordable way to explore learning how to draw. (I am starting with this Udemy course and, depending on how I progress with something I have always wanted to learn how to do, I will likely sign up for a membership at his site when I can afford the full price a little later in 2015.)

P.S. While I am learning how to draw using actual paper and pencil, I am finding that these lessons are also applicable to using my Wacom tablet (bought years ago and, until recently, rarely used) and Photoshop brushes/tools.

ron r Where can you download the videos and ebook(s) exactly?

I have purchased this deal but after purchase I only have access to Udemy and the online videos.

Go to Udemy and access the course. Start the lessons and you will see a list of each lesson. Under the name of the specific lesson you will see the length of each lesson and then a little icon of an arrow pointing down. THAT is the icon that tells you the video is downloadable. At the upper right area of each lesson there is a button that says "View Resources." Click on that button and on the right of your screen will appear the same arrow download button and it is from these links that you can download both the ebook and the video for each lesson.

There is no one-button-downloads all. (At least that I am aware of.) You have to download each lesson and ebook separately.

Purchasing this deal at Udemy does not give you access to them from the instructors website. For access there, you need to purchase a subscription to his whole site. THis deal is only for this specific course AT the Udemy site.

I hope this helps.

FYI - when you click the link to download the video lesson, after it starts, you may want to go to the upper left hand corner and hit the link taking you back to the full course listing. I have a low end broadband connection and I have found that when I stay on the actual page for the lesson I am downloading, my connection is also loading the streaming video as well as downloading the video file. By leaving the actual lesson page for the video, my connection devotes it's full attention to the download only. (Most folks may know this without having to think about it, but I learned the hard way.) ;-)

Gerald Montgomery The Secrets to Drawing course is as good an instructional course to be found on Udemy or anywhere else for that matter. Very clear and succinct narration, well organized sections, with a nice selection of different drawing medium examples. The downloadable videos are high resolution and the pdfs are amazing summaries of the content especially useful if you want to review an area without replaying the entire video!
This is not an advanced course. But It's a perfect starter for a beginner or to use as a refresher if you haven't drawn in a while. As one example, I've never seen color, from color wheel, color values, color schemes etc., presented more clearly.
