Jeremiah Stover If I want 10 users does it work to purchase two 5 user packs? If I buy a 5 user pack - can I upgrade to a 10 user pack later or do I have to purchase all the cal's at the same time? Is the license non-transferable or can I sell it if I decide to use a different product?

Tatyana Medova If you want 10 users it doesn't work to purchase two 5 user packs. Yes, later you can upgrade 5 user pack to 10 user pack. The license is transferable.

Traffic Inspector is deployed at a point in your network topology where it will be able to process all of the Internet-bound traffic on your network. By being placed as a "border gateway", TI is able to control all of the network activity. There can also be upstream ADSL routers / modems in your topology. But TI does not know or care about them and no access to them is needed on the part of TI.
