Stefan Hauber Having just clicked the BDJ's 'Download'-button, and having been redirected to your site, it seems that UniSender is not a standalone-program, which is able to handle all the mail-adresses by it's one and create the personalized outgoing mails completely on my computer, but kind of a service, I need an account on your site? (I see there monthly prices or prices per email sent ...)

Am I wrong with this? Do you perhaps offer two kind of products: The service and a software? If yes, where can a trial-version of the software being downloaded?

B.t.w.: Is it possible to import EMails from a CSV-file?

Eugene Miller UniSender is not software, it's a web service. You need create account (it's free) to evaluate it. Also, all newsletters 100 recipients are always free.

Import from CSV is available.

DeeDee Brandster I agree with Niels - a web service is not software. Plus MailChimp has a forever free service that offers up to 500 on your contacts list and something like 1,000 emails per month! AND free templates. and no, I am not employed by them, just a happy customer with both their products and service!

Eugene Miller When pay $30 here you get $100 on your account at "UniSender Light" tariff plan. It means that you may send 10,000 e-mail messages at any time. This $100 will never expire.

This $30 is not a subscription. It's a one time payment.

I know about MailChimp's "Forver Free" plan. UniSender also has the same free option, but we allow lists up to 100 recipients. But I would be happy to offer a custom "UniSender forever free" plan for 500 addresses, if you migrate to us from our competitor (like MailChimp or something else). Just contact me via our site.

Greg Rhino Very confusing responses...

Am I to understand that the $30 gives me forever emails? I send out a monthly newsletter to approximately 2500 recipients.

Eugene Miller UniSender has two plans - PRO and LIGHT.

$30 is added to LIGHT plan (actaully $100 is added, you may send up 10000 e-mail message at any time. For example, you may send 4 times your newsletter to 2500 addresses. Or send 100 times a newsletter to 100 addresses).

If you want to send newsletter on regular basis, it's better to use PRO plan. The first month goes with the same 70% discount.

About regular 2500 e-mail newsletter. The normal price at UniSender is $35. I would be happy to offer *forever* 50% discount if you migrate to us from any our e-mail marketing service. Just contact us via our site.
