Do you find yourself in front of a computer all day, yet still resorting to primitive timers and clock radios to let you know when it's time to do something? You need a computer-based way to schedule multiple alarms, using graphics that blow everything else out of the water, along with snoozable alerts. In short, you need Vector Clock Pro!

Vector Clock Pro gives you the power to set multiple alarms while enjoying a beautiful array of over 101 clock skins and visualizations. With Vector Clock Pro, you have full control over the size, rotation, and three-dimensional tilt of your clock without sacrificing its dynamic visual impact! Best of all, Vector Clock Pro is very light on system resources, allowing you to set an unlimited amount of alarms without worrying about slowing your computer down. In fact, you can even run Vector Clock Pro off of a removable drive!

And if you reach the end of the 101 clock skins and still haven't found something that fits you, you'll be pleased to know that you can use the free Vector Clock Designer application to come up with your very own clock designs, or modify any of the existing ones! Easy Mode lets you drag and drop clock components using pre-loaded library items. Expert Mode gives you full control over everything, including images, fills, strokes, colors, gradients, shadows and all common aspects of typical vector graphics!

The alarms that you get with Vector Clock Pro aren't just for letting you know about appointments, either. With Vector Clock Pro, your alarms can be configured to run an application, open a website, show and image, play music or sounds, power your PC down, log you out, reboot, sleep, and more!

So whether you need one-off, date-based, hourly, daily, monthly, or annual alarms and countdowns, Vector Clock Pro is the perfect solution for you!

Stefan Weber To configure a clock for the local PC looks nice.
But I'm not looking for a PC-Clock, I want to use this Clock for my Website.

May I also put it onto my Website?

Milan Marusinec @Stefan - this is PC desktop App, so you cannot use it as a part of web page.

James Kenney I can think of one way you could use it on a website.
Have one part of the screen be a image that is updated every second or so from an ftp server running on your pc, and use a scripted screen saver to capture the clock object and put it into your ftp directory.
Round about way of doing it? Sure... Will it work? Cannot see any reason it would not, seeing as how a lot of surveillance camera web sited would using the ftp server method.

SoftCollector Looks nice. I installed it on a USB. Click-through mode. The only thing I find strange is the fact that it says "Expired" every time I try to change sth.

What is the policy exactly? Guaranteed upgrades for 12 months or 50% upgrade even if it comes out next week?

Milan Marusinec @SoftCollector - If it shows expired, the trial version was already installed on your computer in past - so the days to try are expired now.

Upgrade policy is free updates 1 year from purchase, and then anytime 50% from purchase price (so $6.11 for this deal :-)).

SoftCollector Thank you, Milan!

1. The 'Expired' notice must be a bug, since this is a new Windows installation and I have not installed your software in the past. Or it may be related to the fact that this is a USB installation?

2. If the upgrade will only cost $6.11, I cannot let this deal pass - thank you!

I have been looking for a desktop clock for a long time and this one is the best I have come across.

Kind Regards,
SC

Milan Marusinec @SoftCollector - or you have some sort of registry protector, which blocks that "secret" bit of information to be stored.

SoftCollector @ Milan

That could be it. I am using Outpost SS. I did not notice any notices, informing me that VCP was blocked from accessing the registry, but I could have missed sth.

Kind Regards,
SC

Milan Marusinec @SoftCollector - No. The exact atomic synchronization requires implementing some special sort of network protocol and I simply wasn't able yet to get to it, nor planning this. Because, you can have that special synchronizer utility along, and as soon as your system clock gets synchronized, the vector clock will reflect that change.

Pam Garrett There is a free application called ClocX that does pretty much the same thing. You can select from a large number of clock faces, and it has triggered alarms or you can initiate a program at a scheduled time. There's a bug in the calendar that changes the calendar rapidly, but if you set the dates manually, you can avoid the bug. Works on Windows 7 64bit. I've used it for years.

1. Is there a way to change the "Local time" on the dial after purchase - to something else?
2. I visited your site and read a little bit about your company's history. It all looked good and I can see a lot of effort has gone into this product - the free applicaton for editing your own clocks, etc., so I decided to help with development costs and make a purchase. Hopefully, this will be a long-running product - godspeed!

Kind Regards,
SC

Milan Marusinec @SoftCollector - 1. It's in Settings on the time Tab when you check "Use Different Time Zone" - the "City / Place" input box.

2. Hope so too. Thank You.

SoftCollector A word of warning: I have tried to contact the developer on several occasions after the purchase with different observations / bug reports. I have not received a reply. I am really sorry to be writing that, as I am reasonably happy with the software and was very positive in my comments, as it can be seen above.
