Hawkeye What is the advantage of the Watermark Unlimited version? There is no reference or purchase info on the website? The Business version is not included either. The only options I can see, is the standard version and the Pro version.

Can you explain all the different versions and the advantages of each?

Like, J.M. Neal, which Video Watermark is for commercial use? I am assuming that the Pro version can be used for commercial use, since there only two versions of this, Pro and standard?

It would be less confusing, if the two different products were labeled Watermark Video and Watermark Photo for this promotion. Some might think that the Watermark Software may include both, videos and photos.

But in the Fine Print, it says "Upgrades to future versions of the software will require additional payment. Installing a new version may overwrite the existing version and invalidate your free license key".

From the product comparison page you provided, above, I see that the Business and Unlimited versions include lifetime upgrades. But not the personal version. So I am feeling a bit confused at the moment. Would you be willing to clarify?

Also, in your licensing/versioning, you make a big distinction between personal and commercial use. Does this imply that your software adds its OWN information to our watermarks, in addition to the information we add?

Mr Dave I also got the registration key in email, but cannot download. No warning, no message, just.... nothing.... happens. And still 12+ hours to go on the day when they agreed to extend the offer.

The automatic download never starts.

When I click on the link in "Download Your download will start in a moment. If it doesn't [click] [here]", the screen flashes white and then back to what it was, no download starts and no message.

Windows 10/64, Chrome browser, Bitdefender antivirus.

Doesn't look good for Watermark Software, if they can't manage this then why would I think they can manage software development?

VERY STRANGE: I decided to see if I could download directly from their website, maybe the reg code will work. I clicked the free trial download link for Video Watermark. Text in the link said "video-watermark-pro.exe". Program file downloaded and Virustotal.com had nothing bad to say about it. But, the installer says it will install Wonderfox DVD Video Converter. I checked that on several review sites and it seems to do everything for video EXCEPT add watermarks. It might, it's not listed as a feature by any of 5 different sites. WonderFox Soft, Inc is located in Sichuan, China.

SO GLAD I DID NOT INSTALL THIS PROGRAM !!! In my opinion, there's either something shady going on, or Watermark Software can't figure out how to create proper links on their own webpage. I hope I'm wrong, I hate to slam a company for the wrong reasons, but this just doesn't add up.

I had similar issues. I received a download link directly from Constantin. During installation it also said Wondershare DVD Video Creator by E-Mig. I stopped there and had an email conversation with Consantin. He assured me it was the correct program.
I went ahead and installed the program. It is Video Watermark. However, during the installation it says "by AoaoPhoto Digital Studio" and installs in the Program Folder under that name.

It's pretty clear that it's a program that has changed hands multiple times and not been looked at too carefully in the process.

I double-checked for any spaces before or after the key.

Constantin Florea @Loyal Customer, Thanks for confirming! Indeed, there seems to be an issue with the registration code. Perhaps the vendor set the registration time frame sooner than he thought or perhaps there is another specific issue on the vendor's website related to this code.

I just contacted the vendor to help us fix the issue.

We will leave this promotion active so others may participate in the promotion if they want to because once the vendor sees our message they will help by either fixing this issue.

It may be possible that this vendor may not reply until after the weekend.

Xi Annie Q: What should the user do if they cannot use the code to register for the program?

A: It is recommended that users uninstall the source program and try to open "Computer" ? "Libraries" ? "Documents" ? find the “Setup.ini” of the corresponding program and delete it ? restart the software and fill in the giveaway license code.

I dont quite understand, though....you say to uninstall the program, then delete the 'Setup.ini' file and then restart the software. There is no such file as "setup.ini" anywhere in MyDocuments or the subfolders.
