Video2Cartoon converts videos of all formats to cartoon like videos.
The program offers 3 cartoon styles along with their respective tuning parameters: The first is a Brush style, the second is a Pencil style, and the third is Sketch.
You have the option to select one of the presets or set the parameters yourself which is quite fun because of the WYSIWYG user interface. You change the parameters and immediately you see what the video will look like after the conversion.
The program also offers you the option to pre-cut the video so that you can select a segment of the original video to get converted to cartoon. You don't have to convert the full movie.
