Kyle user The "free" version of this software is very clunky and difficult to use. Looking forward to the "paid" version.

Alex Ferri The Windows version is under development. So far the algorithm to cartoonize vídeo frames is still too slow. We are working on it

Kyle user I tried a previous offer a while back but it would not function when I installed it on macOS 11 (Big Sur). What version of macOS is compatible with this software?

I would like to see how it works based on the description. I did search the website, but found help is only available if installed :(

Any guidance... thanks for a great offer.

Alex Ferri Hello,

I am not able to test it on Big Sur. The only way is to try and execute it. Soon I will be able to upgrade to Big Sur and check compatibility.

Jerry Voletto Here's the error on my iMac: 1st part:Video2Cartoon.app” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software." 2nd part : "This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information."

Running Monterey, latest update.

Any help available?

Alex Ferri You can go to security & privacy settings; there should be an alert button, you can click on, and allow the application to run.

PCWinSoft Systems Informatica Ltda - Jun 25 2023 at 9:15am Copy Link

Jerry Voletto Ok. I found the area to "install anyway". But, I never received a registration code and I can't find a place on here to re-send my registration info. I never received an email that I usually get with all that info. Can it be resent?

Khon User If no key comes by e-mail, what's the point? bad thing

Jun 25 2023 at 3:05pm Copy Link

József User Das Programm habe ich vollständig und erfolgreich installiert und registriert.
Doch nach der Registration konnte ich es nicht ausführen.
Meine Frage an Euch: Was habe ich falsch gemacht?

- Danke.

Constantin Florea @Cyber Dude and @Richard User I am sorry about the issue. At the moment we have an issue with our email sending system which we are working on fixing. Once the issue has been fixed, you can then resend your receipt emails from the Purchase page of your BitsDuJour account.
