mnazmi Thank you for the information. When I went to the Virus Total web page and checked the detail
I saw that the files virus checked were
wextract
wextract.exe .mui
setupvolepdfcreator.exe,
But there was no swtxutl.exe file. Norton Security just gave me an warning for this file.
Then I checked my self for virus for swtxutl.exe on Virus Total and I gor 15/67 virus warning. Here is results :

MBe Hi Norman, my portable version 8061 tells me, that there is a new version 8062, but when I download it, the downloaded exe file is still 8061

Rodina User I have problems with Bitdefender allowing installation. Send support request to volo, no reply at all.
I figured it myself, istalled and tried to merge 2 pdf files. Yes, it created something with pdf extension, but cannot be opened at all.
My summary - even for 3 USD it is crap.

The software first convert PDF to internal-format and then edit in the built-in editor. After edition, you can export your edited PDF. Please note that when PDF is converted to internal format, more or less format loss will be inevitably encountered.

JMJ Squared @NORMAN WONG: Greetings, When the main PDF Creator Pro application is run (Installer Version 11.0.14393.0), swtxutl.exe also runs and continues to run (with extremely high CPU and RAM usage) even after the main app is closed. It must be closed using TaskManager.

What exactly does swtxutl.exe do? And, why does it not quit when the main app is closed?

Will the not-closing and memory-leak issues be addressed in the next update and, when?

Norman Wong @JMJ Squared - Hi JMJ, swtxutl.exe's feature is converting PDF to Vole PDF Creator internal-format, so that the software can let you edit it. So it will only be call when you import PDF, and running a very short time (depend on your PDF size) . I've just double checked. The tool works fine. Please note: update to latest version 3.76.8062.

Cary Adams I watched the video and I don't understand the purpose of this software. With Microsoft Word, I can create a document with a more powerful tool and "Save As" PDF. Even with LibreOffice, I can do the same - or print to a free PDF printer such as PDF XChange Lite.

So what am I overlooking?

Cary Adams @Lazar Voin Sure, bash MO, but as I noted there is OpenOffice, LibreOffice, etc., for free ... Basically, any word processor one might favor can generate a PDF or print to a PDF printer (and many PDF printers are free).

So again... What does Vole offer here that isn't readily available at zero cost?
