D Saver The instructions (copied below) for getting a key do not seem to work. There is no "trial dialog" on the website listed, so cannot find anywhere to mark "register". Please give us some advice!

Step-by-step

Trial dialog > Click ‘Register’ > Mark ‘Send key to my e-mail’ > Click ‘Next’ > Then enter the e-mail address you used to register > Then click ‘Send’.

The key is sent to your e-mail address.

After you receive the key you go:

Trial dialog > Click ‘Register’ > Mark ‘Enter key’ > Click ‘Next’ > Then enter the key you have received on your e-mail > Then click ‘Authenticate’.

Alex Ferri The "trial dialog" opens when you run the software. It is not related to the website. Download and install the product then run it and you will see the "trial dialog".

jman Downloaded and installed fine. Registration also worked fine following the instructions given on the download page. (copy below)

I have not had a chance to try the program's functionality yet so cannot comment on that right now.

Adam Bryan Well for me the program installed successfully but doesn't load. I get the busy icon for 10-15 seconds then nothing - afterwards task manager shows it is no longer running and I can see no error log in program install directory.

Alex Ferri Maybe the program is not being granted the right to create its folder under the 'My Documents' folder.

Jim Hilton What a waste of time, registration is beyond annoying just mail the friggin key like everyone else does. Nope log onto to site do a couple captchas, enter hardware ID yada yada. Unusually high system load during install as well.

Alex Ferri The most probable reason is that your anti-virus is stopping it. To verify turn off your anti-virus and run the app.

JR Using Edge - Selecting the link for download and getting " can't be downloaded securely" ..site permissions set to allow pop-ups and redirects.

Using Chrome - No download starts when selecting link
