What are people saying about WebSite Auditor Professional

Ellena Engel That's a relatively new tool by Link-Assistant , and never been at discount before. I've been testing the trial version for a couple of days, now I guess I'm getting a copy of this - 34 dollars seems a bargain. WebSite Auditor looks pretty reliable (like the other three tools from LinkAssistant I already have).

Tom Colvin As a blogger and free-lance writer, I've been trying to understand SEO and keyword strategy for over a year. I've tried reading books, installing other software -- but this application was, for me, the most eye-opening of them all. I feel like the door has finally been opened.

G W WARNING: This is BAIT software

These might be good solutions if you were not gouged every six months to keep the software up to date - this is BAIT software, until the developers come up with a better update annual plan stay well away from this software and anything else they provide.

All SEO tools need updates, due to the nature of search engines. As these updates take up quite a lot of effort and time to release, all SEO software providers charge for them (except for the ones who don't bother about providing these updates and thus high-quality data). So if your choice is to get top-quality and reliable data from search engines, you are welcome to use SEO PowerSuite (yes, you only get free updates for 6 months, and then you will need to pay for them).

We did our best to make these updates as affordable as possible, and right now our update prices are the *cheapest* across the industry. You can read more about Live! Plan updates here:

That is fine but the information about it being BAIT software needs to be made more clear on the site, I only read about it after reading the forums and looking at what the asterix next to FREE bug fixes and Functional updates for life - which means NOTHING if the software is a brick after 6 months unless you pay for additional updates that are way over priced in my view.

By BAIT I mean you clearly advertise nad market lifetime FREE updates to bug fixes and functionaility but do not clearly display that you have to PAY for monthly LIVE updates - so lifetime updates means nothing.

Michael Reizigger I've just took a quick look at this tool, and I think it's great. As I see, developers are also here (I think it's great), so I'd like to ask one little question before making a purchase: I've been using many SEO tools and most of them have BIG problems with search engines blocking their requests in case you're working quite often with them. Haven't found it on your website, so: do you support any protection methods like proxies or don't-know-what-else-can-be-used-there to prevent search engines from stoppping my work?

Thanks in advance.

WebSite Auditor and all SEO PowerSuite are enforced with search engine safety features. You can use search engines API keys for authorized search. Besides you have Human Emulation and User Agents Rotation, which make your software look like a human when it's making its searches. These features can be found now and then in other SEO software, but here's one totally unique security feature that's taking you a huge step ahead of othe SEO software users. This is Proxy Rotation.

The software will use lists of proxies (either paid ones that you can purchase on your own, or free proxies that it will quickly find and check on the Web) - and it will switch between different proxies, thus making your search completely undetectable. No risk to get banned!

Thomas M Is a website domain actually required to purchase and is the pro versionit locked to one domain ?

Dec 28 2009 at 3:13am Copy Link

Praveen Kumar Hi
I buy the software. I get updates for 6 months. I relax for 6 months, I decide to get an update for a month every half after that. Is that allowed? Then I guess it would be reasonable and not really BAIT!

Regards

Yes, you can extend your subscription for Live! Plan updates at any moment you choose, and for any period you choose (and as many times as you want) - if that's what you are talking about.

Praveen Kumar Thanks Alex, Looks Good! I have bought the auditor and would next go for the Link Assistant if I like it next week!

Steve James When I go to the Link Assistant site to buy, it shows as $249 and not $149 as stated. Is that correct?
