Rob Boutmy As soon as you receive the download link, download and install. You're able to register during the installing throughout the wizard. No need to follow the links provided here.

The validation link received through email afterwards, works fine with Chrome. Didn't try other browsers.

Marek User It does not seem a credible or valuable offer. Maybe it is addressed to naive individuals who do not ask even such elementary questions as coding systems (html version, CSS, flash etc. "details") used by the software. Who having no information of that kind will bother to download, install and try? Or, the provider will deliver more professional specification of its offer?

Nigel Brewster This program has so much potential because of the way it's designed, however massive flaws and I've told them about it, but as usual like companies like this you never get a reply.
I used to be a web developer and these type of things are totally pointless and not even worth a penny.
1. Why does any program come with Flash?
2. It doesn't support Responsive Web Design, so nobody can see it properly on a phone - something they do admit to, but often Incomedia will sate "works on any device" working is an ambiguous word in web design, working that you will see it, maybe, but you will have pinch and zoom which is not Responsive Design.

On their website they have site of the month etc, some are even pro web designers, again none responsive.

Joe Douglas Better brush up on foreign languages before you go to their answer site as most of the posts are non-English and untranslated. Seems quite odd....Had a screenshot but can't post it here so just go to the link if you care to see....

I CANNOT penetrate their web site to ask them for help -- I think the software programmers are -w-a-y- too insular and out of touch.

Perhaps such frustrating "free" offerings from these people are too expensive of Bits Du Jour's hard-earned GOODWILL to be worth permitting again.

All vendors marketing through Bits Du Jour should promise an open channel of support.

Look at the top-right, sign-in or register as a new user, and you'll be able participate in the forum.
Check your browser security and java settings. Your own settings might be what's blocking you.

The world DOES have a couple more languages or more, beside English.
They call them German, French, Italian, Russian, Japanese, Chinese, ..., etc.!!!

When you are selling a product globally, expect people to speak in a hundred languages or more.
Just pick the titles that are in English, and you will be fine.
Better yet, register, sign-in, and write your own question, perhaps in modern Chinese!

Ava @ Constantin Florea: installation and activation/registration both went well. Now trying to put a website together quickly... But after downloading the manual (280pages!) I realized that I should forget the 'quickly' part.
But the program has a nice lay-out and I 'll give it a try.

Sam User I have registered on the web site, verified email, and went back to the web site, signed in successfully, exactly like the instructions said.

However there was no license key on that page.
I normally do not encounter such issues, but this particular company seems to be complicating matters.

Please send me the license code, or assist me in getting one..
