What are people saying about Tenorshare WhatsApp Transfer

JW I currently use this program (strictly it's "iCareFone") to back up the photos from my iPhone onto my PC for safe-keeping. It does that job quite competently, but I've failed completely to find a way to backup the WhatsApp videos and messages which have accumulated on the iPhone and which I want to get onto my PC so as to see them better. All the 'instructions' provided are for backing up the WhatsApp stuff on an iPhone to an Android phone (as you'll see in the video), and so far I've been unable to get an answer to my questions as to how to accomplish a backup onto my PC.
If that's what you want to do - as is implied from the title of the offering from Tenorshare - then I wish you more luck than I've had!

JW Can you - or Tenorshare - clarify whether this 'WhatsApp Transfer' is indeed a separate application to the 'iCareFone' program which has previously been offered, or whether it's the same program but with a different spin on the title? Certainly the download link just offers the "icarefone.exe" file to you to Save (which is the same filename used for the iCareFone program)..

Nelson Carvalho Hi,
(Sorry my English.)

I would like some clarification regarding the software.
My focus is on copying data from smartphone to PC (Windows Pro 64).
1. Is the copy of the smartphone data connected via a usb cable and / or wifi?
2. Is this copy manual or is there an option to automate?
3. When copying to the PC, can I define the destination directory?
4. Can I choose what to copy before performing the operation?

Thanks.

Brian W "lifetime license" truly does not include upgrades? WhatsApp could probably change things at anytime that could make this useless. Right? RE: "Upgrades to future versions of the software will require additional payment. Installing a new version may overwrite the existing version and invalidate your license key."

CL I am also curious. As with Brian W. "Lifetime License" does not include lifetime upgrades? Or is this condition/statement only for the 1 year license?

fadi User The Lifetime license ($17.95) should have free lifetime updates, is that true?
