Loyal Customer Thanks Constantin. We never encountered such a thing. Normally the process is straightforward without this twist.
The other most annoying thing is filling that extended information form.
If I am logged on to BDJ, or if I just fill the email address (after I had previously filled out the form), then the form should fill out the rest, or not even appear at all.
Please simplify the process.

The version is 3.7.2
This is the same one that BitsDuJour gave us a few months back (I am not complaining, I am just remarking)
They have decided to use TradePub for getting access to the PDF file that contains the serial no, and the download link for the program installer.
I have been registered with TradePub for years, and I see no problem in registering with them. Some other sites also use TradePub. TradePub offers free downloads on various topics, which can be handy.
I am retired (no employer), and I registered easily.
