Bjondc Only available if you have "verifiable" work information.

I wish "deals" like these would say this on the front page so I don't waste my time clicking through only to find out I don't qualify.

Matt Morgan "The Fine Print" area says precious little.

Does this software have to be installed *today* or can it be installed later? What happens if I reload my PC? Does it come with any updates or support? Can the installation be moved from one computer to another, assuming it's uninstalled from the first one? Or is it licensed by user and not processor? Online activation required or just a valid code entry?

And what about a decent screenshot?

Too many unanswered questions here. Even if it's "free" for today, there needs to be additional information before I'd call this a good deal.

John User Please, please BDJ, no more programs like this. I love trying the programs you make available that I could use - especially the freebies. Often, if I like the program and it seems to work, I buy those that are not free.

However, to have to go through all the crap in this registration process for a program that will not deliver what it promises, is just a waste of time.

After finally getting the program, installing and registering it, the first message I get is: "No detected Apple Mobile Driver." Then, I have to install THAT. So, really, you might not need a full install of iTunes or an Apple ID, but you still must install that Apple stuff on your computer for this program to work.

I get it that this driver is necessary for any of these transfer programs to work in lieu of iTunes, but I really want to keep all that Apple stuff off my PC due to the problems I have in the past.

This program, a mess to get, just isn't what I was looking for.

Tom Hammond Didn't have any problems downloading, but installation proved problematic. I installed and tried to run, but the program never started. Uninstalled and reinstalled with the same issue. Uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled and still would not run. Not worth any more of my time.

Stephen Warkentien I jumped through all the hoops to get the PDF that contained the download link to get the file. (Whew!)

I installed the program but it did not launch. I uninstalled and re-installed. Again nothing. Tried running as elevated program, nil.

Uninstalled.

BitsDuJoy! Please stop offering crap that wastes our time following links, filling out forms, subscribing to newsletters etc.

Shame on you!

Dan Goodknight Downloaded and immediately prompted to upgrade 3.0 to newer version 4.9.... I am thinking that may be a fatal flaw to negate the free lifetime version. So I wont do it.

But now I am afraid to register it on this old Vista machine that I use most of the time. Is this like the Free Trial version that is only good on one device?

Jason Thomas Wow. All these bad posts have me skipping this one.

Bob Reiser Three attempts -- I get the sheet with the license code, but there seems to be no way to download the actual program set-up -- When I try, I get a page with a lot of promotions. I think I'll stick with I-tunes for now..

Robert Patterson I'd like to see a response to these posts from Digiarty before trying to get this program. Was anyone able to get and properly install the program?

CJCotter Had no problem downloading or installing, but then it would not open up until I plugged in an iphone or ipad, neither of which I have. Uninstalled. I do have iTunes installed on my PC computer, but it does not demand the presence of external hardware devices to function.

Stephen Warkentien I'd like to see a response from BDJ. Why do you offer this rot to your loyal customers? Why repeat the giveaway when it does not work? Please promise not to offer "conditionally" free software.
