What are people saying about Winxvideo AI
Darren Kindberg I have been using this video converter, got from another site, and it has worked flawlessly! My only gripe is that when the video speed is unknown (I have a lot of MP4 that have to be converted to AVI) each video has a pop-up asking for 25 fps, 29 fps or calculate. After the first 5 prompts it gets tedious and would love to see a "Use this selection for the rest in queue." option.

Will buy this when it becomes available.

Molly_Digiarty Dear Darren Kindberg,

Thanks for your suggestion. Our developing team are working very hard to optimize the features and operations of WinX HD Video Converter Deluxe to meet customers' needs. And your suggestion is very valuable to us. I've forwarded it to our developing team. Hopefully it will be added to the future versions.

Thanks again for your message. Have a nice day! :D

Ed Vargo Will this program allow you to convert from a PAL .VOB structure to an NTSC .VOB structure directly?
Oct 13 2012 at 8:12am Copy Link
0
Molly_Digiarty @ Ed Vargo Thanks for your question. Yes, WinX HD Video Converter Deluxe support converting PAL.VOB to NTSC.VOB directly. You can follow this brief step-by-step guide:
1. Load your source videos
2. Select "to General Video" - "to MPEG" in the middle
3. From "Output Image Setting" you can select your preferred PAL/NTSC system.

Hope it will be of any help. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our tech support at support@winxdvd.com.

Thanks.

Tim Lesle-Pilner Hi Molly,

Every time I try to download. I can NOT because there have been "too many downloads from this link". And without the download, I surely can NOT register it before DEC. 18, 2012 as you said in your message.

I fail to understand why there is some apparrent mystical limit to these downloads. If you're going to offer something to the public, please ensure that it is something the public can download!!!

This is frustrating waaaay beyond what it needs to be.

Constantin Florea @lemonade soda - I assume you are right-clicking the Get It For Free button and try to open the link in another window because you are getting the swirling circle instead of the purchase pop-up. The Get It For Free button wasn't designed to work like that, instead it should just be clicked.

Please notice below our suggestions in case of issues with the Get It For Free button:
- try another browser like IE, Chrome, Firefox or Opera
- run Firefox in Safe Mode
- run IE in Private Mode
- temporarily disable your antivirus, anti-malware, ad-blocker, pop-up blocker software you have installed
- temporarily disable all browser add-ons/extensions
- you could skip the purchase pop-up by going directly to the Facebook application:

Quill Pen Maybe in trying to solve the blank page problem, a new one has emerged. Clicking the Get It Free button simply causes the spinning circle of dots to whirl. Did it this morning and again tonight. Once again, no way to even try to get the freebie. Of course I AM left clicking. Who right clicks buttons?
Installed Opera and it works, but of course I am completely exposed to EVERY FREAKING COOKIE in the world on that so it's a nonstarter.

Quill Pen Glad to hear you solved your problem, Brenda. We are uber privacy-conscious types who wouldn't use anything made by the google data miners on a bet, and we gave up on IE after their 3 millionth security hole was found. :)) It looks as if Opera worked (got past the spinning circle, and the next page wasn't blank) but as it was only just installed, it's not set up to block all the 3rd party cookies and other malware gimmicks and we just don't have the time to do double-entry bookkeeping to sync all our cookie blockers on two separate browsers. Will wait patiently for Bits and Firefox to play nice together.

Constantin Florea @Bjondc - The differences between the two versions you mention are:
- For the giveaway version: You must install/register the software within 7 days, and cannot do so afterwards. For the paid version, you have no registration limit.
- For the giveaway version: Upgrades to future versions of the software will require additional payment. Installing a new version may overwrite the existing version and invalidate your free license key. For the paid version, you have lifetime updates.

Bjondc I had no trouble downloading, installing, & activating the license (which arrived quickly by email) on both desktop & laptop.
My only confusion was that after installation it pointed out that it was the "giveaway" version and I wondered if it was different from regular version other than not being able to upgrade.
Thanks for the s/w & the clarification!

Quill Pen Wonderful, so Opera gets through the ridiculous spinning wheel barrier BUT when it almost finishes the download (apparently because the download is a .exe instead of a .zip format) it interrupts the download and aborts!! Says cryptically that a "security setting" is blocking the download. Even happens when I disable my AVG which I should NOT have to do. I encounter no such problems on other giveaway sites. So much for trying a different browser. No way I'm going to Google/Chrome or IE. Two's enough.

UPDATE: Hubby figured out a workaround! Had me copy the URL of the Opera-browser window download page and paste it into a Firefox window. That opened but then it refuses to resend the software saying I already got it even though I didn't because it was blocked. Instead, it offers to resend the receipt to email. Goto email, there it is, and from there a link to download that actually downloads. Can we say that's an inordinate number of hoops to jump through? Yes we can.

PS - Why does the "Email Me Updates?" insist on opting me IN? I rarely visit that email address and always find it cluttered with BITS emails I don't need. That checkmark should never be automatically filled in. It should not be opting people in and forcing them to remember to opt out.

Steven Barnett Tried to convert a movie. The software immediately ends with:

(path)\Europa Report (1080p HD).m4v Abnormal termination, Error Code:1023

I have no idea what a "1023" error is and no clue as to how to find out. The error codes aren't listed in the help file, so I went to the online forum. When I go there, I get a "page cannot be displayed" error (though the sales side of the site seems to work fine).

Sadly, I had to "like" this product before I could use it and find out that it doesn't seem to work. I've tried DVD and MP4 output profiles, but I guess it's the input file format (which is listed as supported) that it is struggling with.

Any suggestions as to how to make this work?

Just to help with the conversation here, I have the same experience as you with converting a .ts to .mp4. Also using HD Factory PRO which works well and it is about 8-10 times faster, using 350Mb up to 1.2Gb files.
I was going to give it a try here to see if they have improved it but looks like not.
And by the way the downloading seems to be broken from what I read. The old saying: Newer is not necessarily better!! (at least not right away).

Because nobody knows for sure the difference, I have both versions on both my Windows and Mac.
From the interface alone, I see that nVIDIA is not selectable in the MacX version.

RichU The area for "check updates" is set to check every day, and is grayed out, so you cannot change it. Not good, considering that if you update it you lose the license.

Hoon User Yeah, I see that both versions have that (check update everyday) greyed out. In OS X version you can choose to not check for update, but it'll just ignore the setting and check on its own.

We've provided the download URL for "WinX DVD Ripper Platinum" because this product is available in the discounted purchase items.

That's because you are trying to use it for piracy.

d adams I have had several giveaway versions of this program. I like it and upgrade every time it is offered. With other programs I convert a full screen video but the conversion is usually not full screen. I modify the settings and try again with the same result. Win X has always given me full screen conversions.

On the downside when a new version is released every time you open the program you will get a nag screen prompting you to upgrade. You can close this nag screen with a mouse click but it does become annoying.

Monica User @Greg Z, @Charles User, @Mark Latimer,

Thank you for using WinX HD Video Converter Deluxe. Regarding the registration issue you encountered, here's the solution FYI:
1. Please install the installer and open the software;
2. please kindly fill in a valid email address and input the license code provided in the receipt email in the registration window.
3. After doing that, click "Activate" to finish registration.

Please notice that there should be no space before and after the license key, or it will not work. (We've checked once again that the license code works to activate the program successfully.)

Feel free to contact support@winxdvd.com, if you still have registration issue or have any problems on this program.

Sincerely,
Digiarty Support Team

Doug Atkinson Program works pretty well and has handled most of the conversions that I've passed to it. I ended up purchasing a Lifetime License. Digiarty products are a little irritating in that even if it is a paid version and up to date, it still "checks for updates" and pops open a window with some current offer on their software that you need to close to proceed. Other than that, I've been happy with all their products; using MediaTrans, Converter, and their DVD Ripper the most.

David @ d adams: Regarding stopping software from connecting to the internet and checking for updates, etc., I highly recommend simply installing the free version of "Windows 10 Firewall Control". It will automatically block all new third party connections and then a popup window will appear asking if you want to block or allow the software from connecting to the internet. Once you select Disable All, that software will never be able to check for updates, let alone phone home, unless you choose to change that setting. You can read more about it here: https://www.techsupportal...ontrol.htm
Here's a direct link to the download page: https://www.sphinx-soft.c...order.html
I've been using it for many years on many different computers and different operating systems without any problems. I hope this helps!

sakis kom In the past i have test Winx HD Video Converter. That software have two HUGE problems for me.
1) Put tags at ANY video that export WITHOUT any options to not include tags!
2) Have problems with 25fps videos (test it with lots MP4 1080) that reconvert it WITHOUT ANY REASON and change the fps! I have test the options 1000 times and is NOT from wrong option. Options are 100% correct but the software JUMPS at the export that options and reconvert the videos!

Lazar Voin "Sorry but we couldn't make that purchase, some items in your cart need to be modified! You have not been charged. Please check below and try again."

What is this and why!?
Jan 17 2024 at 2:45pm Copy Link
0
Constantin Florea @Lazar Voin, The reason you encountered this message is because in the shopping cart there was at least another application which was there since last time you used our system. Perhaps you added it to the shopping cart and didn't continue with the purchase at that time.

Now when you added a current (on promotion) title to the shopping cart and then tried to make the purchase, that title which was present from before should have been removed because it was no longer on promotion, it was no longer available at the price shown in the shopping cart. Our system then removes the title from the shopping cart and then shows that message.

To put this more simple: if at the moment you try to make the purchase, a discounted price for one of the product changes, then that product is removed from the shopping cart and you will see that message.

1. Regarding the video tag problem you mentioned, please try the following method: -> click the "rename" button -> delete the text in the "artist" column in the pop-up window.

2. About the changed fps, please try to click the "auto copy" option on the main interface to see if it can be solved.

If problem still exists, please be free to contact our support team via support@winxdvd.com.

NVIDIA RTX 3060
32 GB SDRAM

Why is this happening? Can you help..?

Gensi User Download, installation and activation worked well. I tried some conversions and the possibilites look promising. Thank you very much!

Now I´m curious how long this registered version will work. I could not find any information about that, it only says "Giveaway License". Is this a everlasting or a time restricted license. Is there a way to see the remaining lifetime?
Jan 18 2024 at 8:05am Copy Link
0
sakis kom @Molly_Digiarty

1) Is difficult to do that to many videos. You must put a option for enable/disable tags on export videos.

2) The software bypass the fast copy option (for wrong) and re encode 25fps videos to export as 24fps. All settings on export was check one-by-one.

I remember from my notes that both above problems exist on Winx HD Video Converter AND on Video Proc.
