Jeff Titamer Can we get multiple licenses for more than one computer during this giveaway? If so, do we need to use a different email address for each?

Indusekar SK Shall we have to buy it after an year?

Feb 1 2013 at 3:37am Copy Link

Ernest Kennedy What IS the registration limit ?
Will the vendor be granting an extension to the limit ?
Or will it truly be "Sorry Guys! Maybe Next Time", if so is their any likelyhood of the next giveaway be in the near future or much later?.
I ask these questions so that the people who will be dissapointed this time around can have an idea of when to expect to have the chance to get their "I Want This" in as soon as possible to stand a good chance to get this app the next time.
Thanks in advance for any reply to these questions and comments

Roger Thomasson Apologies folks, due to some logistical issues we're going to have to cancel this promotion for now. Stay tuned for further updates!

Software Babe Olkie dolkie. I probably would have purchased this as I do a LOT of hard drive recoveries and refurbishing and also, computer maintenance.

I will check back!

feral1 I wish we would move in the direction whereby free software subscriptions no matter what certain period of time, would include the agreement to not use and even delete with confirmation a subscribers name and info should they not renew the subscription.

In this case this software does not even offer what others do or include without the subscription scheme that is way over priced to re-up.

A subscription to write to a disk. Please let's do better.

Bill Infoe What is the benefit of this software over any of the completely free applications that appear to perform the same functions, like Eraser? http://eraser.heidi.ie/

Combine that with the fact that you need to activate during the giveaway period, and it is only good for a 12 month license vs perpetual and I will say a big No thank you.

Bo BitsDuJour Fans - there were logistical issues that needed to be resolved at the last moment, which made it impossible for us to launch on February 2nd. Stay tuned though because the deal is in the works and on and its way! We apologize for any confusion this has caused.

We're excited to partner with BitsDuJour to bring this offer exclusively to its members.

Wearsie Jackson @Robert Reese - Looks like Wipe Expert may be more sophisticated than Bleach Bits - as Wipe Expert shreds files too :)

VLM Sounds like Heidi's old, tried-and-true Eraser, free for years and years. I would really appreciate it if the vendor would respond, clarifying what distinguishes this product, Wipe Expert, from these others that are free and that, at least in the case of Eraser, have been around for years.
