Peter S Well I cant think of what else to do to ENTER MY DETAiLs. Both Chrome & Firefox & IE look the same - nowhere can I enter my First Name, Last name and Preferred eMail address.

I have tried Cleared Cookies & Cache in all 3 browsers and no matter what I try (Logging Out & Back In again [heck I even rebooted the PC], I just cant enter my usual/preferred user details into the usual 4 text boxes BECAUSE THE 4 TEXT BOXES ARE NOT ViSiBLE.

All I'm getting under the Shopping Cart items is a yellow button saying "Complete Checkout" or :

Has BdJ been doing some more Updating/Web-page Appearance Changes?

I ask because for the first time (to my knowledge) the only other Deal today required clicking on a small Yellow Bar button to show what Platforms the program(s) applied too.

If I cant enter the details how I usually do, how then, can I obtain this deal?

Constantin Florea @Peter S - We've recently started to require our customer to be logged in before completing their purchase. To participate in the promotion you should Login if you are not already logged in and then to complete the purchase you should press the Complete Checkout button. If you do not click the Complete Checkout button, your purchase will not be recorded and our system will not send you the receipt email. The purchase information (your name and email address) will be automatically taken from your BDJ profile which you are using to log in.

Peter S Dear Constantin Florea, Thanks for the reply. I thought that a User had to be registered to get any BdJ Deal

Well I'm usually logged in than not, but to the best of my knowledge whenever I have attempted to buy a $0 Deal in the past I have usually had to complete the details manually as my Last Name only showed up as an " S ", so I normally typed in the other letters - which i have never minded doing.

IF that is the way that BitsDuJour is going (ie: no longer having text boxes for manually entering ((or altering)) the REGiSTERED Bits' User's Details), then I suppose that I'm going to have to change my BdJ Registered Details, to make sure that the Software License(s) I receive, display the correct First Name/Initial & Last Name/Initial of the software License)

When I originally discovered BitsDuJour in mid 2009 to my memory the User didn't have to enter FULL name details

Rhetorical question: I WONDER HOW MANY OTHER Bit's followers will also have to edit their registered (name) details? (I suppose it depends on the details that a computer owner wants displayed on their software License)

It so happens that a short while after I sent my Question/Comments I got a PHONE Call from my brother came over after work(we are both registered with BitsDuJour) and he could tell me that his browser was also missing any Text boxes, which he figured was an error somewhere that'd be fixed by the time he got home from work.

I showed him I had sent a question and he said he'd complete the deal after an answer was posted. which didn't come before the deal expired.

So in this case: both My Brother & I Have MiSSED OUT On The X-Mirage Deal, as we were waiting on a reply to my Inquiriy :-(

Rick Truell The registration code is not working. When I click the "Activate" button, I get a pop-up saying "Unknow Error".

Possibly related is that this deal says it's for version 1.01.1, but when I click the "Download" link in the e-mail, I get version 1.01.3.

Eustace Phenackertiban Hey, BDJ, what the heck is going on with your emails?! Mine have no descriptions of the programs, no regular price information, not even a box shot or icon (and yes, I do have "View as HTML" enabled). For instance, this was the entry for this offer:

That's it. I had to come here to find that it was for iOS devices, of which I own none, so I don't need the product. Another entry was like this:

Linkman Pro 8 (2 Computer License) 31% Off

Really? What does the program do? What OS is it for? What is the full price (and therefore the amount of savings)?

Constantin, are you aware that your email fulfillment provider is dropping the ball? Please look into this, as the emails have become essentially useless, and that is BDJ's primary contact point, its sine qua non. Thank you.

Constantin Florea @Kenny Kim - I am sorry for the confusion. The promotion is actually only for the PC version and not for the Mac version so the key will work only with the PC version you can download from the receipt email you receive.

The promotion is marked incorrectly as for both Mac & PC because there is currently an issue on the site which does this. In fact, all the other promotion pages (regardless of how they are marked: Mac, PC or Mac & PC) are all marked as for Mac & PC. We are aware of the issue and are working on fixing it as soon as possible.

Bob Horton Refuses to work on my iPhone 5s running iOS8 and PC running Win7 64. It communicates initially with the phone (I verified by putting in a PW in that setup field in the app, which Airplay on the phone immediately asks for. If you don't enable mirroring, Airplay on the phone shows a connection to the app. As soon as you enable mirroring in Airplay, it appears to try to enable for a few seconds then drops the connection. I've "cleared the path" on my router and firewall settings with no joy.

Right now this app is useless to me. From the threads on the vendor website, it looks like this is a common issue with no solution.

CFGuy Jack Hath - "Fine Print" does not indicate a mandatory install period, so I would say (judging by the content of the "Fine Print" that the answer to your question is "no" - and would furthermore think it misleading (to consumers) if it proves to be otherwise. I plan on giving it a try, :-) -CFGuy

Jim Knecht @g hudak For Android try the freeware My Mobiler at mymobilerDOTcom I haven't used the android version but I have used the Windows Mobile version and it works great.

I have used X-Mirage on OS X so this deal gives me a great chance to see if the Windows version is just as good.
