Brian H Hi- I am very interested in this program, but need clarification. First, "Platform" says Windows & Mac, but top of item description says "Between Mac and iPad". So may this be used for Windows too, or only Mac? Also, can this handle transfers of apps, documents, photos, ebooks ... (items other than just video and music?). Thanks. -Brian

Brian H Just looked at product website and see it DOES support photos, files and ebooks. But could not find any mention of apps. Also from website "Support connecting multiple devices simultaneously." How does it accomplish this? Are there separate profiles/media & data libraries for each device that it synchs with? Thanks. -Brian

Techtoysavvy I saw that you can transfer music to ios5 device. Can you transfer a playlist and all the songs on the playlist. Is the USB transfer from local hard disk faster than WiFi from from iCloud?

Avatar Zone I see you tie the software to your hardware and won't allow transfers (seriously?), so what is your policy when you upgrade hardware on your computer? Buy the software again?

Techtoysavvy I have the same question as Avatar.
This year, Windows 8 may be released and I may upgrade parts of my computer. I change drives regularly. What constitutes a "new" hardware footprint under your license terms. I am ok with calling in to get a new license, especially if it can be handled by email.

Every 3 years, at most, I get a new laptop. If I upgrade next year then I assume my laptop license is no good anymore?

Brad I have no particular familiarity with this product. However I have experience dealing with this company Xilisoft trying to troubleshoot issues with another product Xilisoft Ipod Mate. It was a problematic app and I had a hard time getting it to work properly. I don't feel it necessary to get into the specifics of that products issues here as it would be off topic. I will state this that good technical support is really lacking with Xilisoft. They will respond within 24 hours but the degree of technical expertise is another matter.

In keeping with the posting rule guidelines I have decided to move any further discussion of my experience with this company to the forums. But let me state this, the majority of these web site store fronts share one thing in common with all these other companies: 3herosoft, ISkySoft, Aimersoft, Daniusoft, Pavtube, iMacsoft, Aiseesoft, 4Videosoft, Tipard, videoconverterultimate, Anymp4, Any_Video_Converter, Mp4converter, Cucusoft, and this list is proably much longer I just stopped my research here. That sounds to me like a very exaggerated claim.

In addition, it appears that the vendor is not monitoring the questions that are being asked on this site.

Avatar Zone I'm finding it odd that no one from the company that is trying to sell this software is answering questions here... I upgrade parts to my main computer yearly and that's the one I would be putting this on. Without clarity on this I'm unwilling to experiment for $31.48. Hopefully someone will respond soon.

George Klon Installed this today after purchasing on the last special. Not impressed. It doesn't recognize my ipad or iphone. And yes, iTunes is installed and knows them both.
