Steven Martins The list price on youneedabudget.com is $49.95, not $59.95. Is the discount really 51% (making the deal price $24.48) or is the discount incorrectly displayed? An explanation and possible correction from the developer would be great.

Jesse Mecham Hi Steven, I'm the owner of YouNeedABudget.com. What you're seeing as the list price is for our older product, YNAB Pro. YNAB 3 is our new product that will be replacing YNAB Pro (next week actually) and it will have a list price of $59.95.

Peter M Nowadays many people have accounts (and income) in more than one currency. Do you ever plan to consider it? The software looks nice, but this gap is really a big dissapointment for me...

Greg Brown Hi Jesse - just purchased a copy. My wife and I keep separate finances, and each pay separate bills. Should we be using separate copies of YNAB as well? If so, does the license cover our both using YNAB on 2 different machines, or do I need to purchase another copy for her? I have to admit that after watching your demos and reading your methodology, I'm pretty pysched to get going on this :-)

We've looked at multiple currencies in one budget and it's not without its serious headaches. We're yet to find an implementation that is simple enough for us -- though I admit that it's a feature that some sorely need.

You and your wife can both use YNAB under one license on multiple machines as long as it remains for personal (household in your case) use. Good luck getting started!

if you haven't visited the YNAB site yet, you really should do so, and watch the (very short) demos. And no, I don't work for YNAB :-) Just seems to me this is a great deal.

YNAB 3 is for both PC and Mac.

@R. Kendall, there isn't currently a function to let you set an annual budget amount and have it automatically allocated, but there is the Quickbudget option, where it automatically fills in what you budgeted last month. So if you're always filling in the same 1/12 then it would be functionally equivalent. Hope that helps!
