Chris Barrington My paid for programs are already authorized with a different email address and password. I cannot change the email address to the giveaway address. I could use the activation code supplied but that is not linked to the email address to the account.

N User This authorisation issue for me limits the overall usefulness of the DVDFab program. I have found over several years that DVDFab will only accept one set of license data at a time, so if a new e-mail and password is used then only the modules for which that license is valid will be shown as activated. Modules previously shown as activated then revert to trials. To use other modules for which I have a license I have to re-enter the license data for those modules. That is both frustrating and time wasting. It would be much more user-friendly if the license data for each module was retained separately so that such information only needs to be entered once, and it would then be possible to see and use all the modules that you have registered.

What is the point of a program with so many modules if you cannot access all the modules for which you have licenses at the same time?

Lazar Voin These GUYS are AWFUL!

Every time you install a NEW application, YOU deregister the Previous ones, (WHEN YOU Register the NEW)! Is should have 1/2 of the licenses by now but have just this last one + the freebie HD decrypt.
They always Play this Game.

Mr Dave Skipped for 2 reasons:
1. don't want to play the shell game with licenses for other DVD Fab programs already installed.
2. YouTube changes often how it blocks downloads so this program would only work for a limited time, probably far less than 12-month license period.
Otherwise, this sounds like a convenient and helpful program. I'll keep it mind if web-based solutions all get blocked. A tool like this can help me because my internet is not reliable enough to watch or listen without stutter, and I like to learn songs where I loop sections over and over, slow them down, etc., which YouTube doesn't provide.

Gary Williams Downloaded, but they give you the entire DVDFab 10 software collection instead of the YouTube to MP3 only. Then I couldn't get it to work after I authorized it. I agree that these guys are awful. Free or not, I'll never install anything from these people again. This whole experience smells like a scam.

Hello! I feel your pain.... HOWEVER, I am a LONG time DVD Fab fan with many expensive programs from them. The stuff WORKS and they have some amazing programs to get rid of Cinavia and other workarounds to copying REALLY tough disks. The registration is hinky to say the least, but once you understand it, it will become your "go to" for dvd and blu-ray copying and manipulation. Their stuff is so good that they moved their operation OFF SHORE for legal reasons. That speaks volumes.

Richard User IF given a choice, you MUST get the 32 bit version. I could not find this feature
in the 64bit free version and was told by the program it does not exist. (AND)
To go get the 32bit version.
Disclaimer: This is their only program I have on my computer so I don't have the
"shell game" reported by others here concerning the email name hassle/problem.

Recapping, the 32 bit version D/Ls, wants to upgrade (doubling the download time etc.) THEN it tells you to go get the 64 bit version (which is about 15% larger)
and THEN the feature you wanted has been eliminated...

Throwing all the features and program types into "one container" is not working well.
While I have tried their demos in the past, the insane way they handle "other"
aspects of this are plain "nuts"... (Soap box off...)

So,Downloaded, you can see entire DVDFab 10 software collection,then click the inverted triangle on the top right of dvdfab main interface and choose authorize and then input the account and password to use youtube to Mp3
Due to we only free promote youtube to Mp3, so you could use it freely and have a known of other software.

Thank you for continuing to comment here, but I think you have missed the point of the bulk of the comments. The complaint is not that the giveaway module cannot be activated, rather it is that activating the module renders all the other previously activated modules inactive. It is not possible to have modules with different e-mail accounts activated at the same time.
Your company is generous with its giveaways, but each time a different site or magazine gives away one of your licenses, none of the others can be used with it. If you could provide a means whereby all valid licenses with different e-mail accounts can be active at the same time, that would make a tremendous difference to the overall usability of the program.

Due to Fab 10 is a whole product for us. So whether you download which software, you will see all others. And when you put in one licenses, you could just use corresponding software, except you select "All-in-one".
