Constantin Florea @A User, I just contacted the vendor regarding the issue you mentioned. Based on previous experience, this vendor is onboard with replying to customers comments and helping out with any issue during a promotion however because of time zone differences, it is possible he may reply with a slight delay.

You can go to their web site, and download from there.
After my connection problem (when entering Serial), I went to their site and downloaded from there.
It is an identical download, to the BitsDuJour download

PG Never received an email for requesting the free version--no license. In frustration, I bought the commercial version. Never received an email or reciept for the paid version either. I have received nothing from them. I was able to download the free version, but what good is it?

Please note that the prompt -
"...Please note that if you get the Internet connection through a proxy server, you must set the proxy in Microsoft Web Browser."

So, make sure your IE or Edge can open the following verifying urls:
https://www.trisunsoft.com/getdate.php
https://www.trisunsoft.com/wdnverkey.php
First one will show current server date, another one will display a blank page.

If cannot visit, IE/Edge will give you the helpful tips.

If IE/Edge is OK, then the reason is your security software blocked 1Tree Pro.exe program to visit the Internet resources.

Hope this helps.

John User I purchased the lifetime license for 1 Tree Pro for 10 PCs in 2017. I have been using version 5.0. I just downloaded 6.0 and it will not accept the license key I have been using for 5.0 that was given to me in 2017.

I went to your website Support section and was told to use live chat which I was unable to locate on the website. Please help me enter my purchased license key.
