As you know Microsoft SmartScreen marks many program unsafe. Especially, on Win 10, the run button is hidden by default.

And many software companies have no way to resolve it.

So, many people choose turn off SmartScreen.

For trust it is safe:
1. click Virus Scan on this page to see more detail.
2. Find our programs on Softpedia.com, also 100% clean tested.
3. we are a software company since 2001, for these 16 years, we only make the 100% clean programs.

You are welcome.

In fact, MS will mark ALL uncommon software installers as unsafe.
So, this is why there are many users search "how to disable smartscreen" in Google, everyday!

To trust it, I think you can just download it in FF or Chrome, the choice of most users.

As we said above, just these keywords: "Virus false positives", "SmartScreen", "win10", "IE", etc.

Yes.

Why doesn't it install?
See all above talkings about malware.

If it is portable, how does it stay registered?
Do not need, it is licensed according the number of PCs.
If you purchased Single (1 PC) license, just keep it in 1 PC.
Personal License, store it on your own 3 PCs.
Each PCs need to register license.
Unless you purchase Team or Enterprise license for your employees. In this case, we will made it licensed on our side.

No problem.

Please note that there is a file "1Tree Pro.exe.config" in the downloaded .zip package.

You can easily edit it to make it to be licensed version by using your key and name.

If you cannot do it, please email us at support@trisunsoft.com, we will make it well and send back to you.

In fact, for normal users, just copy the files to the USB drive, run and register it on a PC, this PC will remember you.

As above, two ways, feel free to choose one as you like.

1TP is a portable software that does not need to install.

Just extract all files from the downloaded .zip file, and then double click 1Tree Pro.exe to run it.

If you need a shortcut icon, right click it and send a shortcut to desktop.

A B How is this licensed. The fine print is contradictory

1Tree Pro is licensed per computer, and not per user.

Each license allows installation on all owned computers, and 1Tree Pro may be used at exactly the same time on each of them.
Sep 24 2020 at 1:55pm Copy Link
0
TSS Support @ A B

As you see, per computer can be 3 PCs for Personal license, 10 PCs for Home license, and allows installation on all owned (and licensed) computers.

"1Tree Pro may be used at exactly the same time on each of them."
Just for personal and home license.

Please note that we can not do any text description on BDJ, just can only choose the options.

So to know the detailed license agreement please read the official order page or "license.txt" file.

Hope this helps.

Robert Crombie Further Info -
Using XP Pro 32bit
My IE has been flaky for years (difficult to fix as MS developers don't know what keep it simple means, so they embed IE into the OS)
If I may be so bold to say - Your developers also should keep things simple.
They are 'joining at the hip' your program's interaction with the web, by insisting we use IE or EDGE.
Other software developers do not do that, and I have not had problems using FF as my default browser.
Could you pass this message to your developers - 'KISS' (Keep It Simple)
Feb 23 2021 at 8:31pm Copy Link
1
TSS Support @MoreRobert Crombie

It's already simplest.
When verifying license, just visit the related URL by .NET web feature. No any third-party code or component used.

And if you visit product/company homepage in software (1TP), your default browser will open the related URLs.

We do not need you to reuse your "flaky" IE, but just make sure your IE can visit the Internet, because for a .NET program, it will use MS's browser (On XP, it's IE, On Win10, it's Edge) to get the result from a URL.

Brian W @TSS Support, The downloading problem is a BDJ problem. It's been like this for weeks. I don't know why they don't fix it. As you can see from the comments, everyone can easily download the same files from your website but cannot directly from the BDJ website because Chrome automatically blocks it with no notification.

You can download it by right-clicking "save link as". Then it will start downloading and you will see it in the bottom download bar but Chrome will mark it red as unsafe and only download it if you select to do so.

The Chrome explanation is: https://support.google.co...34803&rd=1

I would rather have say 12 months of free updates, then have to pay for the updates. In which case I have the CHOICE whether to upgrade, rather than being FORCED to pay again in 5 years or lose use of the software. If I find the software useful, the developer 0would likely make more money!

kydara Yeah what's up with SaaS nowadays? The money I paid didn't expire, so why does the software?? Nope.

David H (Seattle) The app was too slow digging into subfolders. Unless I set something up incorrectly, the app only scanned the current level, so it took many seconds or longer to open even one subfolder. Other apps that pre-scan the entire tree and make it available from the beginning are much more facile to use. If 1Tree has this ability, the developer should set it as the default, instead of the current way that is excruciating to dig through many folders to get a grasp of space usage and clean up a drive.

njf I see the license is a lifetime one with lifetime upgrades. However, the fine print also says that transfer to another computer is not allowed. So basically the license is only for so long as you have the computer it is initially installed on and it is still functional. So in my opinion - calling it 'lifetime' is misleading.

Please note that on the developer control panel, these things are listed in the listboxes.
We can only do select and select, cannot type any text.

Now, type it for you:
If your PC is broken and purchased a new PC, you can ask us to change your PC on the server.

Hope this helps.

Robert Crombie I choose to download.
Page opens offering the paid and free choices.
I pick the free offer, and it tells me (many attempts), that cart is empty.

Even though the cart appears to ignore your submission, when it says cart is empty, it probably has ALSO sent you an email with license etc.

Nobody hires analysts these days (we were very expensive)
Everyone appears to allow their young programmers to analyze/design instead (God help us).
They appear to dislike menus, and use icons instead.
They are perhaps too young to remember ancient Egyptians suffered the same deluded attitude. We still would not be able to read their little drawings, if it were not for the Rosetta Stone.

I was a senior analyst for 20 years. Every time that bosses took a punt and let a programmer run a project, it was a failure.

PS If you have trouble pasting the license code, watch out you are not including the carriage return that is in same box as the license

Ant Bil this is another sad joke!
this is a promotion that de facto doesn't exist!
there are still a problem with generating and sending licenses!!! or the organizer was mocking the users!
nothing has changed in over a month - there are promotions, there are no keys
very funny! ????
