Rick Truell I see this program is available for both Mac and Windows. Will the same license work on both platforms?

Aiseesoft Dear Rick Truell, when you click get it free, you need to choose your platform. If you are using a windows OS you need to choose for pc, if you are using a Mac OS, you need to choose for Mac. You will get the code by email.

Chuck User I too am wondering if I could use this to create ring tones that would work with phones other than the iPhone, or if not, is there a converter available? Thanks!

Rick Truell Aiseesoft: "If you are using a windows OS you need to choose for pc, if you are using a Mac OS, you need to choose for Mac."

An obvious statement and not an answer to my question. What if a person uses *both* OS's? A single license that would work on both OS's would make life easier. Whatever. I was simply hoping it wouldn't be necessary to go through the "purchase" procedure twice in order to be able to use the program on either OS. Fortunately, as it turns out, going through the purchase procedure isn't as painful or time consuming for this product as it is for some others.

Aiseesoft Dear Rick Truell,
You could not use one code for both of the OSs. You need a code for the windows version and another code for Mac OS version. So please go through the "purchase" procedure twice in order to use both of the Windows and Mac Aiseesoft iPhone Ringtone Maker.

Terry Thrash I had to return my computer to HP for repair and they replaced the hard drive. The registration code is now shown as invalid. Purchased 12/12/2012, Order Number: mFSERb, Registered Name: Terry Thrash tthrash54yahoo.com. Aiseesoft only has order lookup for MyCommerce or Avangate so it appears I have no recourse with them
