Ashampoo Music Studio 2023 is powerful versatile music software to edit, cut and burn audio files. Audio disc ripping happens quickly and missing track information is filled in automatically based on an online database. Files can be burned or converted into different audio formats.

The integrated audio editor enables users to modify or remove individual passages and allows them to split up tracks, e.g. MP3s, into individual parts, or recombine them with in-place snapping. Ashampoo Music Studio 2023 makes reorganizing music libraries incredibly easy. Metadata can be modified, songs normalized, and tracks renamed based on customizable naming schemes, turning disorganized collections into well-formatted libraries. Mix Tape helps users create song mixes with cross-fading or custom pauses.

Steven Trott How do I download this software? I clicked on the hyperlink and nothing happened. I later clicked on the Download button and again, nothing downloaded but a window popped up saying that if the download doesn't start automatically, to click on the link. I clicked on that link and got a message that the file had been downloaded too many times from the link, but never once did the file ever download.

I was already using copy and paste from the direct link as per your suggestion. I tried with two different browsers. On every attempt the download would start, slow down then fail. Finally after many many tries the complete file downloaded. I ran the file and it installed the full program including registration.
Followed early this morning with email from Ashampoo offering "Important Upgrade Available!
Dear Ashampoo customer
Only users of Ashampoo® Music Studio 2023 get the successor at a bargain price! $12.00

I appreciate your attempt to help but my lost time is more valuable than this application. I will uninstall and end my frustration with Ashampoo.

Philip User I got the program up and running first time. This is my third post and still never received registration number. Last time I asked if they wanted to prevent people from registering. This is the last post I'm going to bother making. It's a complete waste of time!

Steven Trott What is happening with Bits du Jour??? They offer free software which cannot be downloaded. Then when everyone reports that they were unable to download the software or had other problems (the few people who were actually able to download it), Bits du Jour completely ignores the comments from the people who were unable to download the software and offers no solutions whatsover.

Philip User I still have no registration code, the software is installed on my computer, but it's about to be deleted. Where is the email to help me out? Like I said before, it seems like you don't want the software registered. Your lack of response makes your "support" appear worthless!

Norwel Gordon @Steven Trott, I have been purchasing software through BDJ for many years and on several occassions when there was a problem Constantin Florea (or another at BDJ) responded quickly with a solution. I am convinced that my frustrating problems with this offer were all the fault of Ashampoo, not BDJ. (See my previous posts)
After I gave up and uninstalled the software I received unwanted email offers from Ashampoo and spent over an hour trying to get their "Unsubscribe" link to function.
My only association with BDJ is as a satisfied customer.

Steven Trott This has been a repetitive problem with BDJ. Even the solution Constantin Florea offered this time didn't work. I followed her instructions and I still get that idiotic message claiming that I have downloaded the file too many times when I never downloaded it at all. I have wasted a lot of time on this and have ended up with nothing.
