Christian User Even though the product interests you, renounce....
Within one year you cannot ask the support anymore to reset your license
to install the software on a new computer... and you have the obligation to pay for an extension of support for a simple reset of the activation of the software that you paid !!!!!

Not to send back us constantly to your software policy, clearly explain us here, how to reinstall your software on a new computer after one year without having to pay for a supplement of support. It interests me !!!

Chris I'm glad Christian User let us know about this and that AVSOFT is NOT willing to answer. I WAS going to purchase but just 1 year of support for just clicking my name in a database and resetting the key isn't for me. I am NOT willing to pay $20 a year just to be able to transfer it to another computer when I have to purchase one.

Frustrated I have the voice morpher Diamond. Ever since the latest update, I cannot record my voice morphed anymore! I've uninstalled and reinstalled the audio driver. I've done all the online suggestions. I emailed AVSOFT two weeks ago and haven't gotten a reply. I'm so upset!!! Help!
