Jerry Voletto The license key is too big for the registration area. For example:
The area to put the key is "_____-_____-____". The key might be something like A___BCDE____FGHI The key that was sent to me is something like
A_BCDE_FGHI
There is too much room after the first letter. I can not delete any of the spaces. Therefore, it will not register.

Constantin Florea @Jerry Voletto, Are you sure this applies to AWZ Screen Recorder? We received a screenshot from one of our customers and the registration area does not seem to contain the section you mentioned, specifically this one:
"_____-_____-____"

CHARLES User THE INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS VERY COMPLICATED. I RECEIVED THE VERIFICATION NUMBER, CLICKED ON THE HAMBURGER, SELECTED ACTIVATE LICENSE, ENTERED LICENSE NO.

THEN I WAS TOLD "FAILED TO ACTIVATE". TRIED THREE TIMES. HOW CAN I ACTIVATE IT?

In the menu bar, find the activation entry.
Enter the license key.

Skylly A single license can only be used on one device. If you plan to use it on two devices, you will need two accounts to activate two licenses on both devices.

Skylly You can directly click "Add Device" in AWZ Screen Recorder to add more devices to the same account without needing an additional license. The license is bound to both the account and the device.

Constantin Florea @fadi User, AWZ Screen Recorder uses a user-based license. Each license is linked to one account and can be use up to two devices.

Once your license is activated under your account, you can use AWZ Screen Recorder on your current device and activate it on one additional device using the same account.

Skylly @stephen AWZ Screen Recorder supports device reset. This means that if your license was previously activated on another device, you can contact us to unbind the old device and then log in on a new one to continue using the Pro version.

Activation is completed online. Simply open the AWZware official website
, click Log In in the upper-right corner to enter the User Center, scroll down to Activate License, and enter your license key to activate it.

Please note that AWZ Screen Recorder itself does not consume significant system resources. However, the recordings you create will be saved as files on your computer and therefore will occupy storage space.
