Mark Hochstetler I agree. My email from BitsDuJour is dated today and arrived just a few hours ago. My comment was based on the content of that email; not one sent or received yesterday. There seems to be a breakdown in communications from your organization.

Kim Wells I tried within 2 hours of receiving the email, repeatedly and still had the 75% off result, nearly the same thing has happened before but a few hours later it was OK. Not this time,

Email arrived early evening local time, todays arrived at 2.54pm local time.

Constantin Florea Thanks for forwarding the emails. It seems that for several days the daily deal emails are sent correctly containing the deals valid within the period they were sent however the contained deals are set to end within 25-35 minutes up to 4, 4.5 hours from the moment the daily deal email is sent. This obviously shouldn't happen because it leaves very little time for customers to participate in the various deals once they receive the daily deal email. Before (when the system worked fine), we sent the daily deal emails within 2 to 3 hours "after" the deals have started for a day.

Thanks for your help in identifying the issue.

We are now aware of the issue and working on fixing it.

Andrew User My email arrived much less than 24 hours ago, with no mention of a time limit. It says "today". But I get only 75% off, not 100% off, as promised.
