Mary Wilson I am currently trying both the Standard and Proffessional additon and find them to be an intersting program. I like the fact that the display is small. The only difference I see between the two version is the ability to use the hot keys. It took a bit of time to locate the list at the web sight that compares the two. This is a good comarison even thought I found it difficult to find. My greatest draw back to this program is that it will not interface with my palm program and pull dates from it. I will have to manually enter data. Still, the idea and note pad make it easy to leave a ToDo list on the desktop.

Nick The professional version includes more than hot keys: it can run in the system tray, it supports a reminder expiry date option, history editing, filtering and sorting options in the control center. It can also export/import to/from MS Outlook (this feature can be useful for the synchronization with a handheld device).

Dirk Terweij I use a PDA (palm Tungsten e2). Is synchronyzing the PDA with the PC software possible in the future?

Nick Dirk, currently the professional edition can synchronize with MS Outlook. You can use this feature for indirect synchronization with a pda. We could consider adding the direct pda synchronization feature if we get enough requests for it.

Alan Carr Tried to buy but got the usual problems with Shareit, which is why I stopped using them for my own app.

Why on Earth does a PAYPAL order need to be "reviewed"?

For those that Shareit doesn't refuse, it's a nice little app

Mary Wilson Program was really nice when I purchased it the last time it was on sale here. Unfortunatly, had to get rid of the program due to a couple of crashes on my system and having to purchase new laptop and system and found I could not get the license to work. Customer service was not very friendly when I asked for help after the first time it crashed.

Brenton Robinson I am currently testing the trial version and the program seems very nice. If I purchase the Professional version what is the installation process? - does a licence code activate the trial version to the Professional version or does the Professional version get installed over the top of the trial? Does the trial have to be uninstalled first. Thanks.

Ralph Bressler No answer to a question posted yesterday? I bought it and am still waiting for the key! Will it REALLY take 48 hours? They are on the clock!

About 6 hours so far and still no key! When will I learn?

At 9 hours now and my key is still missing.

Tortuga I was looking at this program w interest
Then read Mary's post ... From YESTERDAY!! The company doesn't even bother resolving her problem, not even an answer
Then read Ralph's problem ...
Well, that's it for me
A company that doesn't show up *at all* during the promo, that says it all !!!

Nick To Mary Wilson: Dear Mary, I just checked the email correspondence with you and was unable to find any unfriendliness there. There are of course some times technical problems on a user's computer that are beyond our reach. Anyway, sorry if there was anything that disappointed you. And thank you for being our client.

Nick To Brenton Robinson: Dear Brenton, yes, you need to install Professional Edition and you may uninstall the Standard Edition even though it's not obligatory.

Nick To Ralph Bressler: Dear Ralph, thank you for your purchase and sorry for the waiting time. We have already sent you the license key.

Nick To Tortuga: Dear Tortuga, we always try our best to help our clients. However, you can imagine, there are situations when we can't do much from our end (e.g. corrupted operating system on a user's computer). Sometimes we just need additional information describing the problem, as we do not see the user's screen, and that of course takes effort and time from both sides.

At BitsDuJour they have a great feature "Upcoming Discounts" that helps to try out software and contact a publisher in advance and not limit oneself to just the day of promotion. But you are right, the weekend was a bad choice for the promo from our side, as we were not able to respond promptly. Sorry for that! We will take that into account in the future.

Mary Wilson Not a problem, but I will not purchase again due to the problems I had before. Nor would I recommend your product to others due to the problems I had.
