Jay Arras Will this work with drives that the operating system won't recognize (drive just clicks)?

MunSoft Jay, if the operating system does not recognize the drive then our program most likely won't help. Your files must be found by the program and they must be visible in the preview along with their structure and contents. Since the operating system won't recognize the drive, most likely it won't be recognized by our program either, therefore you won't be able to scan it. However, if the drive appears available for scan, then there's a chance to recover your files. You should download the program and check.

Jim Buchanan I have to assume that one has to uninstall the program before reinstalling. I assume this because I've tried each suggestion (except removing the internet) and it still says invalid. So, I will uninstall it and see. Be back in awhile. :)

s User I just downloaded and got the key...no problem there. According to the help file on registration, I needed to scan something for missing files before it would let me use the key. After an hour and a half by the clock on the program, It still had not finished. There was apparently no other way to get the key in. I uninstalled using revo uninstaller. I don't need something that slow.

Jim Buchanan Back. Uninstalled by Revo Uninstaller Pro and tried again. Nope. Didn't work. Now to try to sever my internet connection. Hope I do it right and don't mess things up any worse than they are. :)
