What are people saying about Elegant Script Fonts

Luther I'm trying to make the purchase. I created the account. When I try to log in, to make the purchase, I cannot log in with the Customer Number/Password supplied by you, nor does it work using my email address. So, I can't make the purchase it seems.

Keyboard Cowboy Klaus:
I think you're missing the point - there is a problem with your site. I, too, tried to get the script font. I've bought other fonts from you. The site recognizes my login ID but not my password (which I save in a program so I know it's right). I requested a password from your site and used it - it didn't work either. I'm not going to create another new account to solve your site problem so basically, unless you fix the problem, I and others I'm sure won't be buying the software!
Another problem with the site is it asks for my country of origin. I put that in and hit continue. The site asks again for the country of origin! The site also doesn't fill in the known data even though it acknowledges that I have an account.....perhaps because of the password problem.
The bottom line is your company needs to spend time on your site software making the experience simple and straightforward. If you get it fixed, let me know. I'm still interested in the font software.

Martin Kotulla Keyboard Cowboy, I see that you (and a couple of other customers) have a problem ordering, and we are investigating this. At the same time, dozens of orders (both from this site and from normal customers) are coming and are being processed without any troubles whatsoever.

Also, when we try to log in with your credentials, we can do this without problem.

The only thing I can offer (while we are searching what is going on) is that you place your order by e-mail with our sales department at and we will process them for you.

Luther Merely cleaning out the cookies failed. I did, however, notice that your site believed I was already logged in. If you can find the reason your site thinks I'm logged in and still insists on me logging in (while already logged in), you should have the problem licked. Sooooooooo...instead of following the link from BDJ, I simply placed the order directly from your web site, ignoring the BDJ link, and used the coupon code you gave. At this point the issue seems to be resolved by means of a workaround. I still have not tried to install any fonts yet. In a bit I'll try to install a few of them and see.

Keyboard Cowboy On the other hand.......I read the suggestion to clean out the cookies and tried that. It worked fine. If it's any help, I used FireFox on Win 7. The transaction completed after doing as you suggested.

Also, this time it didn't ask for the "country of origin" twice, and provided my address as expected.

Martin Kotulla We had a silly problem in the shop which is fixed now.

I am not sure if it solves the problem for all users, but for many it should help: The discount URL points to Then the shop continues with Some browsers don't transfer the cookies and session because one URL was without www and the other with it.

Chinchih Lu I have the same login issue described by "Keyboard Cowboy" and Luther. Tried 3 different browsers (Firefox, IE10 and Chrome), all had the same issue -- accepting username/password (the "customer ID" is populated in the "new user" section after entering login info), but not recognizing user as logged in. Clicking on "Forgotten Password" empties the shopping cart.

In the end, as Luther mentioned, just use the coupon code bdj6 (decoded from the re-direct url) and order directly from their website worked.

BearPup are any of these script fonts "back handed", i.e., they slope from upper left to lower right?
Oct 22 2014 at 11:52am Copy Link
Martin Kotulla No. While this happens in handwriting fonts, I see this very rarely in formal script fonts.
SoftMaker Software GmbH - Oct 22 2014 at 11:54am Copy Link
BearPup Thanks for the honest answer.
