I can not save my password : apparently it is too long.

When I configure my email account, I immediately push the "Test settings" button and everything works.
After closing the window, I push the "Test Account settings" button and got an error.
If I check again the password, he has lost the last characters...
What's wrong ?

Nelson Therrien I tried it yesterday, because it had a lot of promeses...

I used two GMail accounts, one Hotmail account and a regular pop account.

Then, I imported from Outlook 2010.

I don't know if there's a bug with 2010 or what, but I ended up that all my emails were showing, but I wasn't able to view (i.e. in the preview pane or by double-clicking) them: they were downloading and then stayed at 100% without showing anything...

Also, when it imported my calendars, it imported very badly: I ended up having 10-20 meetings on days where in fact I had nothing... The reason? I use a lot of repetitive meetings for days or one day per week for a certain period of time. Well, the all ended up having NO END TIME, so ALL the meetings from previous years were showing. I tried to remove them (real pain) and wasn't able ("unknown error", if my memory is good). Maybe because in reality they didn't exist in the real application (Google Calendar and Outlook)...

Sad, could have been great without those major bugs... Finally removed id after few minutes... (by the way, if you do that, be sure to remove the folder it created, in My Documents, I think... I had 3.74 Gb of files that weren't removed automatically by removing the application...)

Thank you for trying the program. We will definitely try and fix whatever was causing your problems. Can you provide some more details, please?

1. The emails that were shown as being downloaded and then stuck at 100% - were those emails in GMail, Hotmail accounts, or imported from Outlook 2010?

2. The meetings in the calendar where the End Date was not working - were those from Google Calendar, or were they imported from Outlook 2010? Also, can you describe the parameters for one of those meetings, such as: was is daily, weekly, monthly? And was is supposed to end after a certain date or after N repetitions?

We appreciate your feedback.

David Powelstock Cannot activate the trial: "Your EverDesk license could not be verified. Please check that your EverDesk user information is entered correctly and make sure you are connected to the Internet."

What user information? It's a trial!

UPDATE: everdesk.com appears to be down, which may account for the activation error. In any case, not a good omen....

EverDesk Support Unfortunately, as David correctly pointed out, our datacenter experienced some technical issues about 5-6 hours ago, leading to our servers being knocked offline for a couple of hours. It caused both problems with the activation process ("Your EverDesk license could not be verified" kind of errors), and delayed processing of orders and activation of full licenses.

Everything is back online now, and the backlog of orders and licenses has been cleared - so all orders should now be responded to with registration and license details.

We apologies for any inconvenience caused by the unfortunate timing of events, and if you still experience any difficulties or didn't receive your registration details - please get in touch with our support, and we'll try to sort everything out as quickly as possible.

Dillon Geo Just installed the trial version and played around with it. I would say this product is a great idea with buggy implementation. I added an account, and I needed to restart the program to see the account appear in the program.

Lisa Griffiths I just purchased this program and the only thing I see lacking so far that I REALLY would like to see implemented is the ability to mark domain/email addresses as "safe" so they don't end up in the Junk folder without having to add them as Contacts.

JW I also downloaded the trial, and left it to sync overnight (given the size of my mailbox!). Seemed like a great idea - but almost immediately I got an 'Access violation at 00000128' in Win7Pro x64. D**n!

Would really like to use this program as I do base most usage around the Google offering(!) but am unsure given the 'bugginess' others report when added to my own experience!

It's perhaps better than Gmail's own offline (differing type of implementation!) in many respects, but maybe a little while down the line this could be a very worthwhile addition!

[I would be willing to assist in any testing though, as my mailbox is pushing the limits - 10GB .And yes, I do have extra Google storage.]

Metta Zetty (1) Will any of your EverDesk applications import email from Eudora? --> If so, does this include importing the existing folder (tree) structure in Eudora?

(2) Does the Google version of EverDesk include the Windows File Manager provided in EverDesk Optima?
