Barry User Registration details not received with receipt email. Seems to be a problem. Think I'll give this product a pass.

Paul User @ Barry User - registration instructions in the receipt email are as follows:

"During the installation you will be able to get your registration information for this product by filling in a registration form."

Kyle user Another great offer from projects-software/Franzis! Yes, the registration process is a bit clunky but it works as long as you follow the instructions. Another great plus for this software, is that you can register at any time.

cait User I had trouble with the registration at first. I'm used to going to the first blank and fill it in, but with this one, you need to click a black box at the top that says INTERNET. It takes you to a page to request the codes. Once I did that, everything worked fine.

Sherry User Hi,

I've downloaded this and done the registration etc, but when I open the software it still is asking for the serial number and states that it is a 30-day trial? Is this correct, will I have to pay for the software after the 30day period is up?

Apr 7 2020 at 3:41pm Copy Link

Ronald Jurman Downloaded/installed software, and clicked on 'Internet' registration on start-up.
To website. Filled-in form. Success. "Wait for email for id, code ... "

Waiting, ... waiting, ... , several hours later. Nothing!

It's broken. Sorry I wasted my time.

N User The version received in this July 2020 offer is only version 1, not version 4 as advertised. The license key does not work with the version 4 trial, so version 4 cannot be obtained that way. At present, the details of this offer are incorrect and therefore misleading.

Zonwas Same here, not happy with the offer since it's version 1 I've received, not 4 :-(

Jul 2 2020 at 3:21am Copy Link

Daniel . I just downloaded this deal and I ended up with version 1 and not version 4. Can this please be sorted out?

Constantin Florea Apologies about the issue with the installers. While setting up this promotion we used the installers the vendor sent us last however those installers do seem to be for version 1.

I have just replaced the installers with the ones for version 3. If you have already participated in this promotion, please resend your receipt email (this can be done from your Purchases page), as it will contain the information related to these installers (for version 3).

I have already contacted the vendor about the possibility of promoting version 4 during this giveaway however so far the vendor hasn't replied.

V M I like this companies software but I have found trying to register and obtaining a key for the software is almost impossible. It is as if there is one personality that is creating the software and then an almost maniacal personality that runs their marketing and administrative functions so I am not at all surprised that they would try to pull a fast one. I will check back later to see what happens with Franzis I would like the software but I will not be holding my breath.

Tom User I've purchased several products from Franzis. Whenever I've had to contact tech support, they have always been helpful if there's been a problem when registering
or with any other question for that matter.

V M Read some of the older comments. I am not the only one.

ouialaraison Is this offer a rerun of version 3 or is it version 4? This page twice says version 4 but the order page and the shopping cart both say version 3...

Jul 2 2020 at 6:08am Copy Link

D J What is the complete version number being offered here today?

I have V3.25.02375 installed already.

Thank you.

Jul 2 2020 at 11:07am Copy Link

Constantin Florea The vendor did just reply and sent us the the installers for version 4 of Focus projects Standard.

The promotion now contains both Focus projects 3 Professional and Focus projects 4 Standard.

These are now updated into the promotion purchase flow.

If you have already participated in the promotion, you can have your receipt email resent from your Purchases page. The resent receipt will contain both installers as explained above (version 3 Professional and version 4 Standard for both Mac and Windows).

N User Thank you for working to turn this around for us. It is appreciated.

V M I tried it again and I did not receive my registration code for 3 professional or for 4 standard. I have tried to "Resend" it and still nothing. Has anyone out there been able to receive the registration code?

Thank You

Philip User I get an error while trying to get the registration code. I've already followed all the directions.

Brian Holder did anyone receive a serial#???

Dec 2 2022 at 4:18pm Copy Link

Philip User nobody I know of got the serial number.

Dec 2 2022 at 4:55pm Copy Link

Brian Holder Apparently whoever wrote the email, English is obviously not their first language.

The User ID is what they are also calling the serial number. If you read the instructions at the bottom of the email that was sent, it says:

"Enter your personal user ID and the registration code in the designated boxes of the software.

It is easiest if you select and copy the registration code given above, in order to enter it again.

After correct input of the user ID and the registration code, press the "OK" button to complete registration."

Well the activation window asks for a Serial Number... there is no OK button. You enter it and then have to click Activate. I sent an email to support since my User ID# still did not work. Regardless, to when this deal expires, once you register on their website and create an account, you can request the FREE activation codes anytime now or in the future. all you have to do is login and go to your account and you'll see the softer and a button for requesting the activation code.. But I'm not sure about if that is the case if you register on their website after today.
