cait User I had trouble with the registration at first. I'm used to going to the first blank and fill it in, but with this one, you need to click a black box at the top that says INTERNET. It takes you to a page to request the codes. Once I did that, everything worked fine.

I've downloaded this and done the registration etc, but when I open the software it still is asking for the serial number and states that it is a 30-day trial? Is this correct, will I have to pay for the software after the 30day period is up?

N User The version received in this July 2020 offer is only version 1, not version 4 as advertised. The license key does not work with the version 4 trial, so version 4 cannot be obtained that way. At present, the details of this offer are incorrect and therefore misleading.

Constantin Florea Apologies about the issue with the installers. While setting up this promotion we used the installers the vendor sent us last however those installers do seem to be for version 1.

I have just replaced the installers with the ones for version 3. If you have already participated in this promotion, please resend your receipt email (this can be done from your Purchases page), as it will contain the information related to these installers (for version 3).

I have already contacted the vendor about the possibility of promoting version 4 during this giveaway however so far the vendor hasn't replied.

V M I like this companies software but I have found trying to register and obtaining a key for the software is almost impossible. It is as if there is one personality that is creating the software and then an almost maniacal personality that runs their marketing and administrative functions so I am not at all surprised that they would try to pull a fast one. I will check back later to see what happens with Franzis I would like the software but I will not be holding my breath.

or with any other question for that matter.

Constantin Florea The vendor did just reply and sent us the the installers for version 4 of Focus projects Standard.

The promotion now contains both Focus projects 3 Professional and Focus projects 4 Standard.

These are now updated into the promotion purchase flow.

If you have already participated in the promotion, you can have your receipt email resent from your Purchases page. The resent receipt will contain both installers as explained above (version 3 Professional and version 4 Standard for both Mac and Windows).

Brian Holder Apparently whoever wrote the email, English is obviously not their first language.

The User ID is what they are also calling the serial number. If you read the instructions at the bottom of the email that was sent, it says:

"Enter your personal user ID and the registration code in the designated boxes of the software.

It is easiest if you select and copy the registration code given above, in order to enter it again.

After correct input of the user ID and the registration code, press the "OK" button to complete registration."

Well the activation window asks for a Serial Number... there is no OK button. You enter it and then have to click Activate. I sent an email to support since my User ID# still did not work. Regardless, to when this deal expires, once you register on their website and create an account, you can request the FREE activation codes anytime now or in the future. all you have to do is login and go to your account and you'll see the softer and a button for requesting the activation code.. But I'm not sure about if that is the case if you register on their website after today.
