Jean User Na installeren van Genie Timeline Home heb ik een back-up gemaakt van mijn e-mail programma Microsoft Microsoft Office Outlook. De conclusie is dat het zeer traag werkt en daarom verwijdert. Ik gebruik voor back-up s-de software Hasleo Backup Suite (freeware), voor heel de C drive heeft dit programma 20 minuten nodig. Voor de extra back-up van Microsoft Outlook gebruik ik Amic Email backup dat een heel korte tijd nodig heeft (freeware) en een keuze heeft uit verschillende Email programma´s.

Loyal Customer How the heck do we register the program???
No fields on the program anywhere for the purpose of registration (to enter a serial number).
Also, there is nothing on the website that I could see to sign in with the serial number I received in the email.
Is there a direct link for the registration???

the log in I found:
when you hover over the 'contact us' drop down menu on the genie site and click on e.g. 'help center' you will find a possibility to sign in on the top right corner next to the language selection possibility ... if it's that what you mean

Rustem Faz @y x, thanks, but I have further adventures: when I try to get the license key, I get the message "You are already registered. Enter into your account and get the key." When I try to log in, I get the message "Invalid email or password". When I try to reset my password, I get the message: "Invalid email". It's funny.

y x found online help of the app that explains how to register - maybe you can try one of these:
(right click tray icon to open dashboard)

To register Genie Timeline:
Method 1:
From the Dashboard, click Product Info ? Select Enter Serial Number.
Type or copy-paste the serial number into its designated field then click OK.
Method 2:
When the Trail Period countdown pops up, select Enter Serial Number.
Type or copy-paste the serial number into its designated field then click OK.
Method 3:
When the Expire Period dialog pops up, select Enter Serial Number.
Type or copy-paste the serial number into its designated field then click OK.

I didn't spend much time to find out the usual and obvious way to log on to a site, where a dedicated menu item is simply for "login".
I have uninstalled the program and downloaded and used "SyncBack Free" from "2 Bright Sparks" instead. A much better program.

Jean User Het is zoals ik dacht, als de computer bij het opstarten een foutmelding geeft en de computer stopt met inlezen dan kan men alleen nog via een DVD met een opstartprogramma de back-up terugzetten.
