Phil Me In I decided to buy the lifetime license at 50% discount but the registration has been a problem. I keep getting an invalid key error message when I tried to authenticate the activation key even though I did as the instructions said. I tried several times, still the same.

Gary Smith When the item is selected, the user is transferred to the PCWinSoft registration page (based on the URL) but I get "HTTP/1.1 New Session Failed" displayed instead. There should a little over 3 hours left so i do not know what went wrong.

William W. User When attempting to register, after I had entered Name and Key exactly as received by email (by Copy and Paste), and pressed "Authenticate", I got the error message "INVALID KEY".
This is not encouraging.

AvC User This software is also supposed to be useful for making video tutorials from screen capture. But for this use, it is important to be able to show the cursor on the resulting GIF. This does not seem to be possible.

Svend Östergaard The most insane way to register a program. Although I managed to get a registration number, the program says that it is the wrong reg number. In my 50 years in the PC world, I have never before come across such an idiotic registration method.

Er User I installed and activated the software. But I have two problems
- The web site says the version is 1.0.4.11. But the program "about" says it is 3.4.4
- When I launch the program the control buttons run off the bottom of my screen.
