Fine Print says:

Upgrades to future versions of the software will be free for the lifetime of the product.

So I assume it means sites lifetime since it is a internet software.

It says a 4 year plan that is discounted by 92%, so I checked the full price of $479.52 and divided it by $9.99 a year and got 48 and then divided that by 12 months in a year and got 4, so this is for the Professional plan.

Richard How exactly are you coming up with your "original" pricing of $479 for your 92% discount?

From the FAQ on the site.

Does Video Presence requires monthly recurring payments?

No! Video Presence is a one-time fee. You only pay one-time to use the software indefinitely.

So on the site it is showing no recurring fees and the pricing on the site (http://instantvideopresence.com/pricing/) is showing

$27, $67, $297

So exactly what are we getting four our $37

To be honest the software appears to be superior to a couple of others I have tried in the past but not getting a warm and fuzzy feeling from the fact that the pricing on the site is not matching up to the "discount".

Alejandro Marrero Can I made all graphics for facebook, twitter, banner, youtube, etc. with the software like is seen on the demo in the website? Can I setup different size of canvas? In what resolution the graphics are safe, 96 dpi or 300 dpi? Any design made by me and safe on the cloud is mine or you have the right to use it? Can I sell the design I made? Can I access from any computer? If I got a PC and Mac can I use in both? I wait your answers. Thanks.

Ken Taylor Reconfirming for folks who are wondering. This is for the "Professional" license. You get it for "LIfe". It will include all future updates.

How do I know. Simple math my friend.
4-year license = $479.52 -> divided by 4yrs = $119.88/yr -> divided by 12mths = $9.99/mth

1)
The lifetime updates/upgrades covers:
- Updates/upgrades to the editor in which you create the infographics (minor updates: 0.1, 0.2 and major upgrades 1.0, 2.0,...)
- New design elements added on a regular basis for the lifetime subscription (symbols, diagrams, fonts, ...). For example: weekly/monthly

2)
Does the license also cover the printing of infographics. Example: for printed material for promotional/advert/commercial purposes for example a t-shirt with a printed infographic?

3)
Is it possible and allowed to export a design and then edit in photoshop/gimp/corel/...

YMB Properties.com Hi Ron,

1) The lifetime update does cover the following points you noted. However YMB Properties is currently focused on Youzign, which is getting updated on a weekly/ monthly basis.
2) Yes, the license would cover the printing of infographics.
3) You are allowed to export the design and edit it within photoshop etc. However, the exported design is in png.

Question - I understand from representative Nico Prins' response to Ron R.'s previous questions (posted above on 06/23/2015) that YMB Properties major focus, at the moment, is on their product "Youzign". I checked out the website for Youzign, and it also looks like an impressive, feature-rich susbscription-based (if I am not mistaken) application. My question is: are there any functions that this offered locensed program, "Instant Infographics Presence" preforms that YMB Properties' other subscription program, "Youzign" does *NOT* preform, in addirion to the other fearures and services - such as Facebook banners, Twitter covers, Youtube channel art, etc.? Additionally, are there any plans for YMB Properties to offer a similar BDJ "lifetime subscription" offer for the "Youzign" product/service, at some point in the near future? I will try and answer the questions made by Tony, Guy and Mindert, starting with Tony.
1) The program does require the Internet to use
2) All of the work-in-progress is saved in the cloud. You can of course export the designs, upload it again and work forom this.

In relation to the questions posed by Guy and Mindert:

There are no features that Instant Infographics performs that Youzign does not already perform. If you have purchased Youzign you have all the functionality that Instant Infographics Presence offers and more.

Gary Smith There are several tools for creating infographics, including others that require the work done in the cloud as opposed to a local application. Websites such as Canva.com offer a 100% free tool for creating infofraphics. It is difficult to see what the Instant Infographics Presence tool you provide can do that the others cannot do. I am sure that if one tool does what others do not, then each will catch up and some will continue to add new features, the same as software generally grows. Considering the other free alternatives abound, can you explain what advantage this choice has and will continue to have in the future?

disenchanted If I understand this correctly, Youzign does everything and more of what Instant Infographics Presence does.
Currently on the vendor's website is an offer for "Lifetime developer rights to Youzign" for just $47.00
Wouldn't the YouZign offer, for $10 more than this BDJ offer, actually be a better deal?
Is there a side-by-side feature comparison of the 2 different programs somewhere?

R Master I signed up and paid for Youzign tonight, but cannot access it. About 20 other Facebook complaints on the 'access product' page say the same thing. No access and login will not work.

Would like to see this fixed before considering other products offered here on Bits

-Thought this might catch the seller's eye faster here.

YMB Properties.com Hi @disenchanted. If I had to choose between Youzign and Instant Infographics I would personally purchase Youzign, because it offers more flexibility and options. Whichever option you do choose though, you will have lifetime access and great customer support.

Ralph Bressler I need some clarification on your products. The $37 is for a lifetime license on Instant Inforgraphics the starter version. Correct? Is there a deal on the professional version or how can we get more templates? The $47 on the Youzign website is for a lifetime license for this product. Correct? I noticed that the most interesting backgrounds and so on cost $1. Is that per use when published? Is there any other way to get them? Are the designs are stored in the cloud on your server for both programs? Is there a way to download them so that we are not depending on your cloud storage? Thank you. I am interested in both products.

1) The version of Instant Infographics on offer is the professional version that includes templates.
2) The offer of $47 for Youzign includes all templates (there will be a 1,000 in total)
3) There is no $1 cost for templates if you purchase the $47 offer for Youzign
4) All designs are stored in the cloud
5) You can download all of your designs at any time

Unfortunately there is nothing I can do in terms of creating the account because we (BitsDuJour) do not have access to the vendor's server. Just in case you did not receive them, I just resent you the vendor's answer (including the credentials). Could you please confirm that you received the credentials? They were sent at the email address associated with your BitsDuJour account (I mean this one: 3b...@..........info). If you did not receive them, then there may be something wrong with your email account in which case, please let me know another email address where I could resend you the credentials.
