kevin buccinna Seems like a great deal but there are some issues I need resolved. Some of what BitsDuJour offers is not the same as what the website presents under the Premium account. For one thing the BDJ offer states "discounted webinars" but the website offer states FREE monthly webinars. I guess my question is: Is the BDJ offer 100 percent exactly the same as what "LEARN ABOUT THE WEB" presents on their website including EVERTHING that is offered inside "The Training Modules" and "Bonus Member Services" such as Wordpress themes, plugins and complimentary Wordpress installation and free one year cloud backup and Free monthly webinars. Don Hicks I understand the question from kevin buccinna, however, I have another question. The BDJ title, email advertising and the Facebook advertising states, "Learn About The Web Premium Membership, Learn How to Success in Online Business, 100% Off." Then the ad copy states, "Check it out folks, today you can also get Premium Version at a 86% discount" and the description is completely about the premium version. Finally, the pricing reads, "Today's promotion includes the following:
Basic Version ($0)
Premium Version ($49.95)"

I have a great deal of respect for BDJ and their work, but this could easily be seen as a switch and false promotion. I can understand an error on the title page or even in the ad, but this was in everything and the description leads the reader to believe they are getting the premium version.

What happened and what will we actually receive?

The basic plan is free and the premium plan is $49.95 for a year. The primary difference will be the amount of training modules you are able to access.

kevin buccinna I purchased the $49 premium package and was led to a page to register for the one year premium membership which I did and after I did the landing page it led me to said "congratulations you have successfully registered for a three year membership to Stack Social. What is that all about? I don't like what I'm smelling right now. Can you clarify please.

Jim Stone Once you register for the free membership at learnabouttheweb.com, they immediately send you an email with your registration info, including your password.

Frankly, that suggests a rather troubling lack of cluefulness with regard to basic security issues which makes me rather dubious of their expertise with regards to setting up an online business.

The fact that the site's Login function does not currently appear to be working isn't exactly increasing my confidence level.

Jim Stone What I'm experiencing is that when I click the "Login to your account" button, it changes to "please wait.." and then just hangs. It does this whenever I use my real login info and *usually* does it when I just enter random gibberish into the login form, although I did get a proper "Invalid username or password" message a few times in the latter case.

This is happening in five different browsers on two different OSes so it's not a browser issue. (Also, just as an aside, your login form is almost completely inaccessible on a mobile browser. You might want to fix that.)

According to the browsers' web developer tools, the underlying problem appears to be that http://www.learnaboutthew...=nav_login is returning a 403 Forbidden code when the login data is POSTed to it.

A website with a domain expiration time of less than 1 year is considered to be less reliable.
There are NO testimonials i can find anywhere that do not seem to be self generated and the WWW is very one dimensional.
Sorry if this irritates and gets removed but do your homework before plunking down your cash.

Learnabouttheweb.com is registered at GoDaddy and as of the time you wrote this, the expiry date is 3/30/2016. Not sure what you are looking at.
