Santosh User Using this software can we download unlimited playlist with best resolution possible?

Nov 4 2015 at 9:58am Copy Link

Toby Yang Hello Santosh, thanks for your message and the best we can suggest is to download the video one by one and for sure, you can choose the highest resolution there as you wish.

Michael User Hello Toby Yang,

Thanks for your quick responses to our questions. I am wondering if I can download videos from cbs.com. I have another video downloader that works most places but doesn't allow me to download there (but it did in the past, so I'm assuming that cbs changed something).

Mike Montes Hey, I supposedly downloaded this YouTube Downloader but the software is Total Media Converter Ultimate! What gives? Is this right?
OK, I see where I have to enter the code. Whew! I know you guys do a lot of promotions so I understand maybe there was a mixup. But the misunderstanding was on my part. Thanks again for this promotion. The GUI looks fantastic! Great job, guys.

Robert Crombie In Australia, if we miss a free to air TV show we can go to the TV station site, and watch a previous episode. There is NO option to download it.
Can your program work with any sites,
OR
Does it only work for sites that you have built into your program ?

Nov 5 2015 at 4:58pm Copy Link

Toby Yang Hello Robert, it can download online videos from some popular video sites, please just try it to see whether it shall work on your TV station site, also the cbs.com that mentioned by Michael.

To everyone: sorry for the lack of register codes right now, please wait for a second and we will just add more to make it restart pretty soon. Thank you all!

Brenda Gann If we do not buy it after one year, do we lose access to the videos we downloaded?

Nov 5 2015 at 7:20pm Copy Link

Toby Yang Hello Brenda, the product will remain usable after 1 year as long as you don't upgrade it to the newer version at that time. Also all the downloaded videos will be kept there forever.

Leawo Software - Nov 5 2015 at 7:29pm Copy Link

Robert Crombie Did not get a chance to test it, but thought I best install it before the deadline.
OOPs Missed out (I have booked for next time).

If we download the retail version, is it fully functional for the trial period ?

Nov 5 2015 at 7:42pm Copy Link

Toby Yang Hello Robert, we already gave some extra codes to BDJ guys and i think they will re-activate this soon.

For the trial version, max 5 videos can be downloaded only.

Mister User I'm sure many are confused about the status of the software after 1 year. I know I was. And still would be, had I not CAREFULLY read every comment.

At the top of the page right after Derek's review, the following is stated in bold print:

Please note folks: Leawo Video Downloader has been merged into Total Media Converter Ultimate. This means the program you will see is Total Media Converter Ultimate but the license code you will receive, can only be used to activate the Leawo Video Downloader module.

AFTER YOU PURCHASE LEAWO VIDEO DOWNLOADER, IT MAY BE USED FOR 12 MONTHS. (My caps)

*Clarification: This is confusing and misleading in light of the question and answer noted below.
It should read: "May be used forever, but can only be updated to the latest version for one year".
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Brenda Gann: "If we do not buy it after one year, do we lose access to the videos we downloaded"?
Yesterday at 7:20pm Copy Link
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Toby Yang: "Hello Brenda, the product will remain usable after 1 year as long as you don't upgrade it to the newer version at that time. Also all the downloaded videos will be kept there forever".

Brenda Gann Can it save the description of the youtube video?

Nov 6 2015 at 4:36am Copy Link

Mister User Addendum to my comment above...

Now I am more confused than ever!!!
I was about to download and realized I had not read "The Fine Print" details.
I was astonished to read the following bullet point under "FINE PRINT".

"After you purchase Leawo Video Downloader it may be used for 12 months and WILL NOT FUNCTION AFTER THAT UNLESS YOU RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION". (My Caps)

This seems to completely contradict Toby Yang's reply to Brenda Gann!

*** Would Leawo Software kindly address this issue in unambiguous language, P-L-E-A-S-E! --- (Meaning not open to more than one interpretation) ***

Colin Pritchard I 'bought' this yesterday together with another Bits du Jour offer. I got a software receipt but it didn't include a registration/serial number.

Also when I was trialing it I went to Episode 1 of Harry Enfield and Chums on YouTube. For some reason, I wasn't offered a download option although it worked fine with an Alf Garnett programme on YouTube.

Moises Freire Its over?

Nov 6 2015 at 2:06pm Copy Link

Constantin Florea @Colin Pritchard, I have checked your purchases page and noticed that your purchase for this product is marked as Pending together with the Right Click Enhancer Professional promotion. I think you added both products in the shopping cart, then went to the payment page but for some reason you didn't go all the way with the payment. When this happens, you can't participate in that giveaway promotion for that product. I am sorry but this is a known issue with our system and we already have it in our Issues Tracker.

BitsDuJour Admin - Nov 6 2015 at 2:17pm Copy Link

Constantin Florea Apologies but we did run out of codes for this promotion. We did ask, unfortunately, the vendor cannot supply us with more codes for this one.

youcef User where is the key

Nov 6 2015 at 5:27pm Copy Link

Luke Donohue Mine registered/activated as 367 !! and not FOREVER - so I uninstalled it. Not worth the trouble. I only installed it upon the response it would stay working after 12 months. But after seeing 367 - this advice seems to be wrong.

Nov 6 2015 at 9:06pm Copy Link

Brenda Gann What it is, is that it probably won't let you download anymore but will still let you access your previously downloaded files. This is just a guess. Of course it is going to still show something like 367.. because it is a 12 month license.

Look at my question and their response.. not just look at their response..

If we do not buy it after one year, do we lose access to the videos we downloaded?

Toby Yang Hello Brenda, the product will remain usable after 1 year as long as you don't upgrade it to the newer version at that time. Also all the downloaded videos will be kept there forever.

Alexandre Ishida Ueda Can this one bypass the quality blocks (download the 1080p/60fps) that Bigasoft and Free YouTube Downloader can't in several videos?

It seems not. Just tried with two.
A. One the others downloaded just fine, with LVD it came without áudio.
B. Another they fetch with 720p only, LVD also can't get the 1080p.

SoftCollector The bad news is that this does not actually work. The software looks nice and seems to use its own browser, which is great. But that seems to be the only positive. It recognizes 3-4 possible downloads, all of 2,10 MB size (!) and when I download one of them it is not playable.

Not well done, Leawo!

Mike Montes Nope. Didn't work. Downloaded 28 seconds and no sound. Seemed to be in slow-motion. Tried to download others but no luck. Will have to uninstall. Sorry.
