Very sorry that you guys have taken offense to this, we certainly didn't mean to annoy anyone. We know the popularity of Norton and thought that our visitors would appicaite knowing about this deal as it is for a limited time. Of course we are going to keep the deals going, we've actually just doubled the number of deals so that you get two every day, so if you don't like this one then there is another to choose from.

Tom Speziale I used Norton Antivirus for MANY years and finally got so upset with the drag it put on my system that I had to get rid of it. I'm quite happy now with another package that is just as effective and does not impact my computer's performance.

Another complaint I have is that every year I would get my subscription renewal notice for NAV about a month or two before my current subscription would expire. I would buy the renewal promptly. Unfortunately, that new subscription would always expire exactly 12 months from the time I renewed and NO credit was ever given for the remaining time on my current subscription.

I won't even mention their dismal customer support based on the other side of the planet manned by people who haven't a clue about the software and to whom English is a foreign language.

I can only hope that their product and support have impoved over the past year though, with my experience, I won't be going back to Symantec any time soon.

Nico, I don't come to Bits du Jour to find this type of "deal." I hope there will be less of this type of advertising in the future, otherwise I will certainly visit this site less (or not at all).
