To sum up, please ensure that before downloading, you delete the contents of the Download folder for the browser you are using. Also, please ensure that the browser cache is deleted.

Please consider also trying several browsers like IE, Chrome, Firefox or Opera.

I emptied my download files and cleared my cache and cookies.

Still got that error message.

Received an email with Product Key and Serial Number.

But Nowhere is there a download link.

Bruce FYI 1, sorry for my apparent confusion re download. Download link was in one email from BDJ, reg key in separate email from Paragon, and slow delivery from my email service. I guess the change from the usual BDJ process, and the lateness of my getting to this caused a bit of stress on my side.
FYI 2, there is no DL link through Paragon's normal My Products / My Downloads page. I guess that's just the way this one is structured.
I have not had a chance to install... so cannot comment on that.

David Martin I notice that the Compact Version(s) have a choice of either the 32 bit or 64 bit version, and I elected to get the 64 bit version since I am running Windows 10 64 bit.

Now I am considering getting the Suite instead of the Compact Version due to the discount, since I used to use Paragon products before and was happy with them... before I went to Mac. Does the Suite come in 32 and 64 bit versions as well? The offer doesn't specify whether you can choose which version later or if there are two versions, or if there is only one whether it is 32 or 64 bit.

Chux User I have yet to receive a download link for 32 or 64 bit versions of this software. I have registered and received my receipt without issues, but no download link that I can find!

Wayne W I'm confused by the registration process. I entered the product key and serial number, and it installed ok but I never got a confirmation message saying I'm registered.

Most programs show registration status under "Help>About" but this program doesn't. If I click on "product registration", instead of confirming I'm registered, it takes me back to the online registration page that I filled out earlier.

How do I know the program is successfully registered? I'm guessing that the email I received is the confirmation?

I've used your backup and partition management software for many years. I've come to trust that your software works for disk management and backup/restore operations. I have some questions about your most recent version for Windows 10 Pro use:

Q1: I've also used ShadowProtect, which is a software that enables quick backups of only changes on my hard-drive without doing a full drive scan, as it tracks changes to files. Therefore, I can take quick update snapshots in a few seconds or have it do snapshot backups every few minutes automatically. I understood a while back that you were adding such a feature to your backup functionality. Is that now available in the BitsDuJour featured software or the Pro version?

Q2: When using your software to migrate a system drive with a Windows OS to a new SSD drive, will your latest version: (a) do sector alignment to optimize the SSD's speed for reads/writes? (b) do the migration (copy disk) while the Windows OS is running, or need to reboot to your execution environment (PE or Linux based on my USB Flash Drive). Which method will yield best results, and are both methods supported?

Q3: I run VMware Guest OS virtual machines ("VMs"). When VMs change a virtual-disk file, which can be 20GB or larger, can your backup system only backup the changed portions of a 20GB virtual disk file? (or do I have to make a backup of the entire 20GB file?)

Paragon Software @Wayne W. Registration is not shown to you like you expect. This would make since if installation process is open for everyone, like in a trial edition or so. If you could install the software, your registration has been successfull, because otherwise you could not have installed it :)

We don't have a snapshot feature, we do have incremental and differential backup methods, which will backup changes only.

Yes, SSD alignment will be done, you can run the migration on running system without boot up via recovery environment.

Yes, we can backup your virtual disc via incremental or differential method (only changes will be backuped)

Quill Pen I used to get upset at the various giveaway sites and their different and often bizarre hoops erected as hurdles to register.

Now, I'm beginning to look at it as a computer game called Spaghetti. You have to grab a handful of limp cooked noodles and try to drop them through different tiny holes in a sieve. Blindfolded. While walking across burning coals. Barefoot. Thankfully, Firefox worked with no errors or registration borkage so yay, I win Spaghetti! :))

If anyone is an expert at backeruppering has a generous nature and a few minutes to reply, I left a question on the Forum. TIA! ?

eldad User Hello, Downloaded and installed, was VERY surprised and dissapointed when I could not find no icon or menu to CLONE (or copy) an HD !!!
I do my backup by cloning my entire HD, but cannot do it with this program.
It says that this program can clone an HD, am I missing something?
Please help.

This product is meant for backing up a hard drive. It is not a replacement for a partitioning tool such as Paragon Hard Disk Manager 15. This compact version allows you to Format,Delete, Change Volume Lable, Hide, Change Serial Number., Change Partition ID, Test Surface, Check File System Integrity, Edit View Sectors of a partition
