fpi fpi Mr John Cook, thanks for your partial reply.
I have test the the "Delete Area" function on the toolbar.
On a PDF file, that's right, the rectangular area selected with the text to be erased desapear in the save version of the new document. But with an real PDF editor, that old area appears as an empty text box, and it's possible to delete it. Finally, it's positily that we note that the size of the document is reduced.
With a scanned PDF file, the rectangular area selected with the text and its background color will have visually disappeared in the new saved file. But in practice, a whitening area simply covers the original area.
A real PDF editor won't do better. It needs a conversion to text via an OCR. On the other hand, for a PDF document, there is no need to go through a backup phase. Corrected text or deleting it is directly achievable.
Finally, that PDFZilla, Inc. has a long history in managing PDFs is not a problem. But it is the placement of old products via OEMs that is the problem!
Platforms for free programs are too often a means of making profitable outdate software or even abanware.
Finaly, like it's not possible to correct a simple letter or number in a sentence, IT'S NOT A PDF EDITOR SOFTWARE.
But like it's write, it's possible to "Remove Text, Images, and Logos from PDF Files"!
I confirm, it's a waste of time, even for a beginner.
