fpi fpi In practice, we only whitening, a small, medium or large area over the original pdf.
With a new text zone we can also cover the original PDF.
It's like an advertising text pasted on a billboard, which hides the under area.
The "Microsoft Paint" program can equally well be considered as an "PDF Eraser PRO".
It's a waste of time because, it's absolutey not a real PDF editor.

Kelly Hamblin Thanks for posting that. I did wonder if Eraser PRO really erased or only covered. My PDF app has the ability to cover/hide text without additional software.

To know if this program covers or erases, just check the file size after processing.
If it covers the size will be larger because it will contain the overlaying layer, even if all has been complety whitened.
The greater the bleaching effect, the greater the size.

HJ User The developer should squarely state whether "deletion", as described in the summary, is a secure deletion. i.e., whether they warrant that deleted text or graphic cannot be recovered (with or without formatting) by someone that received a pdf that has been thus modified.

The issue is not simply cosmetic. In many situations, it is important that text or graphic cannot be recovered.

gieg Przetestowalem program. Myslalem, ze to cos konkretnego, ale zawiodlem sie. Usuwanie tekstu, obrazu polega na zamazywaniu, gumka nie usuwa lecz na tekst lub obraz naklada biale obiekty, podobnie jak to czyni tradycyjny korektor na kartce papieru. Po zapisaniu do pdf wykonanych czynnosci, mozna taki dokument otworzyc w prawdziwym edytorze pdf i usunac nalozone obiekty, wtedy okaze sie, ze nic tak naprawde nie zostalo usuniete. Taka sobie zabawka.
