Also on the site it shows Phototools 2 $39.99 which is $10 cheaper then listed above. It doesn't say they are having a sale either.

Also, this is an upcoming promotion which will have a discounted price of $19.99. I tried clicking on the $39.99 price you mention you saw on the product page but I believe that is there only as a text because I couldn't see the $39.99 in the shopping cart.

Also, I opened a ticket: Posted on: 11 September 2015 01:13 AM That has gone unanswered. It is about 3D Text Studio and it messing up when I made an animation with it.
Also, I sent you an email on Thu, Dec 31, 2015 5:16 pm which was unanswered as well. The email was about losing my serial key for the program and needed it again. I did find my serial key, but how do I check for updates and also could you send me a download link as the link is expired. Thank you....

Chris Also, since you have the "No Return Policy" is there any way to get a trial download to make sure this works better then 3D Text Studio does before I decide to purchase it and then find out and be out $20? Thanks,,,,,

Chris I sent your payment processor a request and they resent my email and I was able to download the program again. I had found the key already.

As for no trials, if not then why do we need a serial key to activate them? If no key is used it is a trial program and only has limited function, or in the case of the 3D Text Studio, it puts a watermark on the stuff created.

Tazzie The Fine Print states that "Support is provided for current subscriptions." Does this mean that this software is not a one-time purchase? I couldn't find any mention of Upgrades nor related costs, which leads me to assume that this must indeed be a subscription-based software. To not mention this explicitly anywhere on this page is misleading, and I am disappointed that BDJ has permitted this to post without that info.
