Thomas Walters I have 32bit office Professional Plus 2019, ran all updates on Windows (including all related Microsoft products), rebooted computer and it does not appear on upper toolbar. I got a onetime installation error code but it disappeared before I could screenshot it. I really want this to work.

Liran User Hello Thomas!

First, thanks for your interest in the software. Since it was the first time I use Bitsdujour website this may not have been clear right from the beginning although I do clarify it on my site. The 64 and 32 bit versions refer to the version of your Windows operating system and not Microsoft Office.
In your case, I'd assume you might have installed a 32 version on a 64 bit version of Windows which could have compatibility issues.
You can right-click on the "This PC" icon or "My Computer" and then you'll see a window detailing your computer specifications. Among them please look for the field "System type" which should tell you if your Windows is 64 or 32 bit and according to this information, you may proceed with the correct installer.
Also, please make sure your profile name doesn't contain special characters as it could lead to errors.
If you need and are willing to we may set up a remote support session using TeamViewer or whatever other means of support you feel comfortable with to solve your issue.

Thanks for your purchase! Greatly appreciated and hopefully you'll find it useful.
As to Office 365 - I do have plans about developing for it although this requires a look into as it is a cloud-based or more cloud-focused and certain things or components may be different from the standard desktop edition of Office which MS is planning to release a new version to - 2022 probably, so the desktop is not dead yet.

Liran User Can you please try to install it under a different user account with administrative privileges? Create an account called admin or something similar and install it again.
You may also check for disabled add-ins under File->Options->Add-ins. On the bottom of this window, choose Manage->COM Add-ins and then click on Go. A new window opens listing the installed add-ins. Check to see if SOS Click is on the list with a tickbox. If not checked, check it, exit Word and then re-run Word to see if it appears.

If nothing works, let me know if you're willing to solve it using a remote support session so I can better understand what's going on.

APK I bought SOS Click for Office. But it only installed itself in Word, not EXCEL.
You sent me a new link, but it is still only for WORD. I installed it for Office 2016.
Please send me the right version.
