yabatopia Charging $120, or even $80, and one of the software tools you get is a demo of Partition Manager Pro? That's right: a demo, not even a fully functional version! Makes you wonder what the real value is of the other utilities, books and videos.

There is a clear disclaimer that it is a demo. The rest of the products are not.

Adolphe Come on... 80 $ for a bunch of freeware and "ebooks" ?... Which are supposed to have a list price of 500 $ ?... When did you sell a single of those "bundles" at that price ?

Let's see what's inside :

- Driver scanner. You shouldn't be using one, because chances are that you'll break something if you indiscriminately mass-upgrade. But if you absolutely must, there are free ones -- and the paid-for ones are waaay cheaper than that.

- Optimizer. You shouldn't use "optimizers". Again, if you must, there are free ones.

- VPN and such-like. If it's only a matter to unblock geographic content, there are free ones. If it's for privacy reasons, it has to be selected carefully, probably paid for, and not plucked out of a "bundle".

- Partition manager. There are excellent free ones, and if you must pay, that would be in the range of 30 $.

- ebooks and "training videos". Come on... that's for free. Unless I know the author and his name is Woody Leonhard, Ed Bott or other reputable names.

This offer is giving a bad image to Bits du Jour.

yabatopia So you're expecting us to pay for the "privilege" to try out the offer for your vendor? Shouldn't the vendor pay us for testing its software? Ha!

Tazzie Regarding Partition Manager Pro, you claim that "There is a clear disclaimer that it is a demo. The rest of the products are not." Where does it state that the included PMP is only a demo? NOT on this BDJ page ... only on your website. For those who browse this page only (and I am sure there are a great many who do so), they will not see this disclaimer. I do not see why the disclaimer was not added to this BDJ page for the Bundle, in the interest of as full a disclosure as possible.
Your claim that that your bundle includes a Partition Manager is not valid because the included "PMP" is only a demo version and does not have full capabilities. This is misleading advertising. You are still claiming full partitioning ability by omission of the fact that the demo version does not contain full capabilities.

This does not make sense ... I have experience with research and marketing, as have other BDJ customers, I am sure. Don't try to bull your way through this with us.
This is supposed to be a bundle for sale, not a marketing gimmick. You are apparently charging for the use of another company's demo software that THEY do not charge for.

I could find absolutely no where (and please correct me if I am wrong) on your website where there is a listing of exactly what is included in the Bundle. 84 videos? List them! eBooks? List them! If I am going to spend that much money, I have a right to know just exactly what I am spending it on. Telling me I will get at least so many videos, or up to so many ebooks, etc., will not cut it. Considering the extremely high price point that you are claiming the bundle is worth, and the rather unbelievable steep discount you are professing to offer, I want to see specific lists that will convince me that the bundle is indeed worth that much initially, let alone the still high price that you are charging at this time.

yabatopia Why is that great news? This deal raises so many red flags it shouldn't have been offered in the first place, let alone being extended and promoted on top of the newsletter and website.

No refund policy. For personal use only, but a substantial part of the content is aimed at businesses. Transfer to another owned computer is not allowed. You must install/register the software while the promotion is active, and cannot do so afterwards. The offer consists partly of demo software. No details of the content of the videos at all. On Amazon, the book Inside Windows 10 has a warning: Quality Issues Reported. The other books are not even available on Amazon and it's not that Windows 10 is a niche market.
