mohammed User before start selling the reseller license you must activate your reseller panel, from your account > Apps > VoixTo > Scroll down to Reseller License > you will see steps before to activate the reseller panel and start using the 10 licenses.

There is some issue with paypal.
The moment you are redirected to paypal there is a high probability you get "stuck" at the following paypal page:

There is an X at the top right but it is not clickable
The blue button shows the white circulair loading animation on a blue button but NO text on the button.
The whole page seems to be disabled and not clickable (slightly dimmed).

The only way I got out of it, is by opening a new tab and then the purchase can be
completed in new tab (the same passkey page will show, but you can now click out of it).

Maybe someone from bitsdujour could contact paypal and notify them of this?
I think there is a higher chance of this being resolved if a (re)seller contacts paypal.
